June 23, 2011. we were traveling from Camp Wood to Leakey, TX, and pulled over to take pictures. all of sudden these cars started zooming past us. My daughter took pictures of them, even has one with the driver waving at me. They were beautiful (the cars weren't bad either.) @4freexboxlive The Solstice is nice, but the G8 is the last Pontiac to have passion in my opinion. Of course, I'm probably bias, as I own one. A 4-door sedan with a 6.0 liter V8, best of both worlds. Based on the Aussie Commodore, it's not the typical Pontiac cheap plastic crap box.

Isn't it true that there's no place to store the top once you take it down? I don't know what GM was thinking when they omitted that, since people may need to put the top up while driving if they get cold or it starts raining.

Having driven both these cars (but an S420, not an S320), the S-class is waaayy better than the ML. Just my opinion though, check it up and make up your own mind on it.

I heard the reliability was terrible for this and the Saturn Sky. It was ranked like second or third from the bottom, The Honda S2000 was way better. It's too bad that GM had to cut Pontiac and well maybe Saturn, too. It would have been nice to see what these cars could have turned into. We can only dream.

It's a shame that Pontiac and Saturn went away, because I think the Solstice and Sky would have done really well if they would have had the chance. They are very rare now!!!! I am surprised that it has 70,000 miles on it though. Not only is that a lot of miles for 2008 anything but it is also a lot of miles for this car.
