Unfortunately I didn't reach OOB, but it was an experience nontheless

This one got me to sit in a upright position from a laying position unconsciously, I should be freaked out. @tdodak I cant comment on Micro-current / electro-therapy, if you do any experimenting I would be interested to know your experiences. I have done some things with speakers & headphones with single tones on the body, I did this with 528 on an injury and there is almost no scar at all.

This concept is entirely new to me. I was listening under headphones, then about 1:30 into it, I (instantly) felt tingly and light-headed. Your expectations however can become blocks, just experience, dont judge. In truth this type of meditation is best done for at least 10 min and more like 20 min is best. :)
ledzep126 :) This is because you have an un-synchronised brain and have just had an audio mind aerobics type workout. If you went to the gym and used mussels you had never used before your mussels would feel sore.
ive done a little research and noneof the solfeggio frequencies are an exact match to the western muscal tones, the closest is the A note @ 440 Hz (solfeggio 396Hz) An instrument carefullly tuned can match these frequencies though you only part of a scale. Im wondering if there is any correlation to the golden mean.

I have thin and fat sound in my head and sometimes, I taste pale blue sound as a sweet metal; like a silver spoon with honey. It's always strongest with new sound and often there a physical sensations at the same time. Doing these frequencies has triggered a lot of wonderful sensations.

This is one of the single most beautiful, most compelling audio experiences I have ever had - along with Mahler. I have a neurological disorder called Fibromyalgia and this just seems to reorganize my brain and nerve impulses in a very encouraging way. Thankyou.

This concept is entirely new to me. I was listening under headphones, then about 1:30 into it, I (instantly) felt tingly and light-headed. It felt like I was instantly stoned as quick as a snap of the fingers. It freaked me out and I tore my headphones off. Is this normal? I stress, I am not making a joke or being a wise ass.

MoreBarn71 :) Along with the Solfeggio scale, I am also using a binaural beat process to stimulate altered states of consciousness, by selecting binaural beat patterns to mach a desired brainwave. After a few minuets of listening and calculating, the brain starts to mach this binaural beat; because of a process called frequency follow response.
Listen to it again with headphones and go with the flow it's OK

OK, I went for it again. I didn't have the same reaction as strongly. I guess the shock to my system was a one-time thing. Still, I did achieve a tingly feeling. It was similar to being stoned. Not exactly but similar. Do others report similar experiences? I would imagine each listener achieves different levels. Thanks for posting.

MoreBarn71:) You will have different experiences each time, some stronger and others less obvious, but still neurologically beneficial and spiritually stimulating. Your expectations however can become blocks, just experience, dont judge. In truth this type of meditation is best done for at least 10 min and more like 20 min is best. :)

ledzep126 :) This is because you have an un-synchronised brain and have just had an audio mind aerobics type workout. If you went to the gym and used mussels you had never used before your mussels would feel sore.
You may need meditation more than your realise.

ive done a little research and noneof the solfeggio frequencies are an exact match to the western muscal tones, the closest is the A note @ 440 Hz (solfeggio 396Hz) An instrument carefullly tuned can match these frequencies though you only part of a scale. Im wondering if there is any correlation to the golden mean.

Thank you So much for these songs. I have terrible menstrual cramps. They were so bad I fainted this mourning in class, threw up many times, and had to hold out until I could get down some advil. I tried listening to my usual music but it didn't bring me any peace. After listening to your music I fell asleep, and woke up on this song. Thank you, thank you so much! Thank you Jezebel. This music is trully healing. My sisters six month old baby had colic until recently. There was no other sound that could calm him and get him to fall asleep like this one. I made a playlist av all six frequencies for us. He still loves it, as do I.

Do nothing other than letting your mind go limp. The seeming empty space is where the manifests comes from. Simply hold the picture and feeling in your mind of whatever you intend to manifest. You don't need to scrunch up your face, just "see" what you wish to bring about. That's all you need do. Then simply get out of the way, open your hands palms up and be ready for The Universe to drop those gifts into your hands. All the while giving thanks as though it has already happened.

I have thin and fat sound in my head and sometimes, I taste pale blue sound as a sweet metal; like a silver spoon with honey. It's always strongest with new sound and often there a physical sensations at the same time. Doing these frequencies has triggered a lot of wonderful sensations.
