use kfusion the sega emulator then download sonic cd's iso file then set up the segac cd plug in then it may work

you could do all of this or you could buy the original sonic cd game for the sega cd, put it in your computer and use Kega Fusion to play it on your pc (you'll need to download the sega cd bios also). It'll work on all modern day os's

you can right click on the icon and cick windows 98 mode 256 colours and the windows virtualinstation crap off
