at the bottom (where the frames are etc.) there is a button there that looks like three circulos. Click on that for the transitions :)

I just tried out different things. I never use tutorial to learn stuff with photoshop cause its much easier to remember if you learn it by yourself :) so I did it by myself but I got this question a lot so I had todo a tutorial about it :) anyway thank you, glad you like the voice :)
