  • lol. Thanks for the tutorial, but I agree with the whole 'third world flour' comments..I understand what you mean, but we do have stores that sell packaged flour...and more economically developed countries also have rural or farm areas where they sell unprocessed flour...just saying. But great video :)

  • @AfricanfoodTV what kind of flour is used?

  • what happens if i use whole wheat flour.do i get the same results or do i have to add more yeast or water or something.

  • I'm looking for a dish from Ghana that includes Spinach and Sardines, its like a stew. Do you happen to have a recipe for Spinach and Sardines? I've been looking for this recipe for years. Thank you ☺

  • @luvingg Its called contombre sauce. I might do a video for you on that...Do you eat it with yam? Others eat it with rice also xx

  • @xPrettieGalx Thank you for responding !!! I ate it with rice. I hope that you do make a video, its so delicious !!!!!

  • nice video ☺

  • That looks easy (though I might not think so about half-way through the mixing.) Got to try that some time.

A note to Yemi: You got some skills in film-making. A sense of humor is never wasted in the arts.

  • i thought it was called bofrot or bofloat

    looks good though

  • @GHAfrica bofrot is the ghanaians word, puff puff is the nigerian word.. same thing tho.

  • you should seive flour whether its from a lesser developed country or not (i prefer not to use 'third world')

  • @SleeKi, I totally agree!
