Ill try this out next time in roll in my Gi. Im sure I would have to vary it as most holds are not with the grip shown but grip the inside of the collar like holding a soda can.

i'm one of those men and believe me its no joke those kind of techniques can kill, i know it because i've done it once on someone and put him in a coma for 3 weeks. i was going easy on him. now i try my best to never get into a fight.
