There's only two ways to get an aurora ticket and they are both nearly impossible now mostly because there were real aurora tickets sold and you had to have a special thing to get it transfered into your game or use a special transfer to get another one from someone who had the real ticket.

Actually, this is because these ticket cannot be acquired unless you have participated in a Nintendo event. We may have completed our pokédex fairly, but if we cannot go to a Japan or Spain event, we can't ever get these tickets. Frustrating, isn't it? Particularly when you don't live in any of these places (I live in Argentina, so you can imagine).

This won't work anyway 'cause you also have to activate an event to get to the Islands... So what I'm saying is that only 'buying' the items, won't get you there...
