seriously, what just happened? all i saw was you going through a passageway and then you went in a big circle. how is that surprising?

To put it simply, there are these randomly generated "passageway" maps that have a slight chance of being placed inside any map in the game. In this, there was a passageway with a passageway inside it with a passageway inside it, which is probably pretty unlikely when you think about it.

I've had this before on my engineer. I found a treasure passage way and inside was another treasure passage way. Lot's of money but the lack of monsters was dissappointing to me. :p

Dude this happened to me too,

I was doing a mission for monument station but it was hidden passageway after hidden passage way then it lead to a treasure passage way and i got a Legendary Shock Blade

i had an elite passage right at the entrance an instance and at the end of that elite, there was a treasure passage. hehe, just one more and it'd have been the same as you!

@kantjd maybe for online play but it is rare offline. I have a level 25 character that I have seen that twice and I have a level 30 character and I have never seen it. I also never saw a passageway in a cave/cavern type passage. I dont know what you consider rather high, maybe a 0.01% chance of that happening in a level that has a passage in it?

Well the whole game is randomized not just the mobs and loot, the levels themselves. So something like that is totally possible and shows the beauty of randomization! Its never happened to me, but that is pretty cool!

Had that before. I was able to go 3 times into in new passage way ;)
