This is not very informative. The chef does not provide any details. Why does he have brown and white? Is there a pr guy behind the camera saying "we need brown and white so we can let our audience know that both are delicious and nutritous!". And when he flipped the fried egg it looks like they slapped together a few different takes. Lol!
@went1180 there is absolutely no difference in the taste of brown eggs compared to white eggs, the only difference is the obvious difference...the shell color.
