Seriously amazing vid man. Very very well done. I noticed that the fast motion clips were interlaced, Are you editing in Final Cut? This happens when in the you have checked the "frame blending" box, to sole this al you have to do is select any clips which you have adjusted the speed in (ie. the speed not being 100%) and press cmd+J then uncheck the "frame blending box".
