As much as I love Bernie's voice, this song really is best with David Byron's voice. I saw them in '73. At the time, I think Ken Hensley's hair was the longest I'd ever seen. Rod Stewart was the opening band... kind of an odd combination for a concert.

Saw them in '73 on a hot August night with Z.Z. Top as the backup band. I will never forget the night I lost my mind.This is a great tune and nice to hear the original guitar solo's played by the original guitar players.If only David Byron was still around, man they were at the top of their game in the good ol days.

Great rendition, highlighted by Hensley's righteous slide at the end. They sped up a little which always ruins such a song for me. Poor Lawton, trying to fill Byron's shoes, does an adequate job. Great dynamics at the chorus, very mainstream, almost gospel sounding. The bass player steps all over the end section even worse than Gary Thain did! But, some nice bass moments. Pleasant surprise for an old Heephead who stopped listening after High and Mighty. Thanks.
