I love this. It really shows how Ron feels sort of like a disappointment to his parents, what with how brilliant his older brothers are, how by the time he came along they really wanted a girl, and how Harry seems more of an ideal son to them. I feel for him because my older sister pretty much was perfect in school and my parents and teachers expect me to be the same way but I'm not. It really came out of Ron in the locket scene in the 7th book, and this video was a great way of showing it!

Molly loves all her children but Ron felt like he had a lot to live up to. In a way I always saw her as trying to make up for Harry not having any type of family growing up. She knows her son can be very reckless at times whereas Harry pretty much had no real recklessness in him before Hogwarts because he was scared of his relatives. They made sure he wouldn't be a secure person growing up. Also who wouldn't have issues at having lived in a cupboard under the stairs for 10 years of their life?
This is song is really perfect for Ron, who's always been overshadowed by his brothers and Harry. But I really don't agree with what everyone's saying about her not loving him as much as Harry. That's simply not true. I really like this, though.
This was really nicely made! Though didn't quite fancy the song.... but all the editing was perfect - matched your storyline... You know, sometimes I also feel that Ron's mum is a little too much on his side and leaves Ron unhappy - doesn't care too much for him... but of course, that's just a weird feeling I've got for a while - so really glad you thought of it too and made it into a nice video like this! WELL DONE :D
thanks! i get that feeling from the books sometimes too, that Harry is sort of what Mrs. Weasley always wanted Ron to be. in fact, i think the only time Ron's mother was really proud of Ron was when he became a prefect.
