  • Thank you for sharing this video! Its why I started a water company that uses my own city tap water and puts it through a Vortex unit that restructures the water.

  • 4:31 Thousands of years? Really? I dont think they had bottled water in the B.C. years

  • @marcusschumacher801 Are you kidding me? You didnt get it. The process of decomposition take thousands of years. That doesnt mean there were bottles in the B.C years!

  • @945nico ya i know, i was just kidding :(

  • I dont know what they are talking about when they say that tap tastes better that bottled. Tap is nasty!

  • Hydrofluorosilic acid is recovered from the smokestack scrubbers during the production of fertilizer. This industrial grade source of fluoride is used to fluoridate drinking water.

It is an industrial toxic waste product which have never been proven safe for human consumption. If you want less people drinking bottled water, you need to force our governments to stop adding toxic poisons to tap water!!!

  • Last time I checked, water fell from the sky for free.

  • If flouride is in our tap water.... Why do you wash your body and dishes in it?! Using tap water in the shower is the same thing as drinking it. Our pores are open and soaking up the water that washes over our bodies... Stop letting the system TRICK you out of your money. Our forefathers didn't need all this "stuff"!!!

  • First off tap water has flouride in it why would you trust water thru pipes you never change

  • I agree with you on some parts but not all. I only drink bottled water when I'm going out just for simple convenience of not having to carry around my kitchen cups with me everywhere which looks fucking retarded. I drink FILTERED tap water at home, not straight up tap water from sink which has billions of tiny microbules and bacteria.

  • @LacrosseAlex once i ate a rotten tomato and should i throw all vegetables Away now?

  • Well, tap Water in munich is the Best in the World :p

  • Once i drank tap water... and i got sick. It tasted so bad! I don't understand, why is everyone saying to drink it now???!!

  • Disliked and flagged for Scam.

  • @TheCardGuy521 Wow what kind of person do you think you are??? were are trying to get people to stop drinking bottled water from other water bottle company's since tap water is sort-of more healthier then bottled water you sir should get a life -.- since you have no sense of helping and good posture (and probably thinking straight)

  • @joshualinkfan100 If your trying to stop people from drinking bottled water you could alos stop them for buying ANYTHING YES ANYTHING we do the SAME SHIT to EVERYTHING that we do with empty waterbottles.

  • easy solutions: destroy bottled water companies, use a stainless steel thermos, and ask your county, state, and city about your water supply and its quality

  • It's not for Annie to decide whether we buy bottled water or not. Why do we have treadmills? People can just run outside.

I've never been scared of tap water... In fact, I grew up learning that tap water was the safest tap water around. I also grew up hearing that McDonald's was bad for me. Too bad. I like the convenience of both and it's not for anyone, especially not the government, to tell me that my preferences are less important than those of others.

  • Some suburbs in Australia have totally blocked out bottle water from selling, but is there tap water better, probably not,,,should be filtered. This is a big one. Thanks for showing us the real deal!

  • شكرا لكم على الترجمة العربية الممتازة

  • yeah well, this is ok for the US but in other countries (most of them, not in europe) tap water is full siht, which doesn't leave too much option but to buy bottled water.

  • 'peleta

  • Im going to make a water mug video soon I want some subscribers and this is interesting good video so is water gallons any better like were low on options I drank distilled water form the gallons

  • @AntNestRecords.. So in Sweden, would you say the vast majority of people don't waste their money on bottled water? Does the bottled water industry struggle to get a foot hold in the market because tap water is closely regulated?

  • @K4Kelso Here most of the bottled water sold is carbonated. Meaning not alot of 'plain' water is not being sold. Although, alot of devices has come out to further prevent even the market of carbonated water. Like a sodastreamer, and so on.

  • I totally agree with her but what if she is also trying to convince us to drink tap water to boost their tap water industry?

  • @TheJulian12398...It's what I was thinking...we get so paranoid we don't know who or what to believe in anymore.

  • Almost feeling guilty for uploading my water bottle video now.............Nah, only joking, I filled it using tap water :O)

  • Cleveland water isnt bad. It actually taste better than the bottled crap.

  • The lable says Fiji because its not bottled in my ex girlfriend's house

  • In Sweden ALL public taps are regulated by law to contain drinkable water!

  • I've been places with really BAD tap water, like Midland, TX. Bottled water is a necessity in places like that. That said ... I currently live in Arlington, TX, which has been rated the #1 public water system in the U.S. I just drink tap water, and people in Arlington who only drink bottled water are pretty much just foolish morons.

However, occasionally I do buy bottles for road trips and there's nothing wrong with that. If people want to buy water, it's their right. This video is pointless.

  • I only buy bottled water if I'm in the car or something and have nothing to drink and I'm dying of thirst. I should remember to bring my bottle along with me- I have one that I refill with tap water all the time. We have one of those fridge filter things- water from there is better than any bottled water.

  • This video didn't even mention anything about fluoridation. WTF?

  • Many people buy bottled water as a way to avoid fluoridation.

  • People can drink tap water, so lets ban every beverage industry, this guys are bad selling you what you want...

  • This video is clearly pro-environmentalist and pro-socialist. The government has no business getting into public infrastructure in a true lassez-faire capitalist system. One thing the government has done to brainwash people is make them believe that fluoridation of public water is safe yet that same fluoride dumped into the public water system was merely a way for big corporations to dump their industrial byproducts. The Nazis fluoridated the water supply in concentration camps.

  • @SuperZed21 I see your point on the government minding it's own "business", I see how this is pro-enviromentalist, but how is it "pro-socialist" ?

  • @SuperZed21 Well, TRUE lassez-faire capitalism is something you can keep, thank you very much. America tried that during the early days of the industrial revolution. It leads to slave wages and unsafe conditions for the average worker, child labor, unsafe products, and monopolies. Pass.

  • @jsharp1701 No country has ever had true lassez-faire capitalism the US along with every other government has always had a varying degree control of the economy. Slave wage is an oxymoron. You are not a slave for voluntarily working for a company. Just as you can not be forced to buy a good or service. There is nothing wrong with child labor so as long as the child consents to it I am against ageism. Companies making unsafe products in a laissez-faire economy would go bankrupt.

  • @SuperZed21 Continued: The claim that monopolies have occurred because of laissez-faire capitalism is a myth. All monopolies have historically occurred because the government has intervened in the economy regulating and giving special assistance and subsidies to unfairly help big corporations in turn bribing the government with lobbyists.

  • U e it may only be a waste and it may cause pollution but ultimately it stimulate the economy and will force us to leave this trash infested rock annexed and beyond the horizon I feel sad for your short term limit view

  • Thank you for all your inconvenient truths.

  • worldsavvy-bottledwater.weebly.com

  • Kids need to be educated about, things society take for granted, like tap water, the moon landing, democracy, and other important things.

People think they know better, because they are not educated.

  • i live in a town were we don't have the money to properly filter the sulfur from our tap. it tastes horrible and we know exactly why, we're a high rural farm area with a bad water table. just because YOU don't demand something because your community can afford to give you clean water, but i appreciate the option.

  • Friend of mine comes from Fiji. He can't understand why Americans are obsessed about drinking their slime water from mosquito infested swamps.

  • If you don't want to drink bottled water, DON'T BUY IT!!!! I buy it from time to time just to get a bottle which I use for a while and refill it from the tap. It also depends on where you are. I travel to the Philippines every month and there I ALWAYS drink bottled water becase the tap water is no good. You shouldn't even brush your teeth with it. I found that out the hard way!

  • Buy a water filter people, it's not expensive and lasts years, i'v been using the same filter for almost 5 years and still works perfectly

  • caring bottled water is on its way as being as cool as smoking while being pregnant. we know better now....wait what?.....

  • Great stuff !

  • Our tap water is full of rust and chlorine.

  • my only complain on this video is when she said banning the sell of water bottles in schools, I think they have right to sell at schools, and students should have the right to chose, an let's be honest most students don't have income and would be more likely to drink from a water fountain for free than spending their money on a bottle of water.

  • @takerhbkfan u contradicting urself?????

  • @takerhbkfan If so many students don't have money to but the water then why be opposed to it being banned from school? They have drinking fountains and you can't expect a kid to know the difference unless he is taught and until parents WAKE UP and stop buying into the corporate greed laid before them then I say CHEERS! get rid of it

  • The only water I drink is Zephyrhills and it's because all other water including my tap tastes like shit.

  • Wow... where have I been :O...

  • The people who are complaining that there is too much fluoride in tap water are probably the same people who eat fast food, drink coffee, smoke cigarettes, and drink too much beer. Sorry but tap water is not going to kill you.

  • @jamesgreenmont not to mention they probably brush their teeth with Flouride added toothpaste!

  • @jamesgreenmont I do not eat fast food,drink coffee,smoke anything,or drink beer.

Therefore your argument is invalid. And as for fluoride its the same stuff the Nazis put in the Jews water supply to make them more docile... you still love it?

  • @xxNephlimxx Yup.

  • @TravellerTTT DOWN WITH FLUORIDE!!! DOWN WITH BOTTLED WATER!!!

DOWN WITH THE NWO!!! WOOOOOT FREEDOM!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @xxNephlimxx Still love it.

  • @jamesgreenmont ...and eat meat.

  • "What will they sell us next: air?" yes..I just received a package in the mail with plastic air baffle envelopes instead of packing peanuts....

  • This really is a great video. I'm a big fan :)

  • Keep on drinking that fluoridated tap water people lol.... everyone has an agenda

  • Tap water makes me vomit, I just get spring water from the mountains.

  • 2mil views and no top comment thumbs me up guys :D

  • @beefflavouredbolloks The Reason Why the Enviroment is polluted.

  • I drink up to 5L of tap water daily for an extra pimp set of teeth... my doc says fluoride is amazing for dental health.

  • An article from the Tampa Bay Times in Florida:

There are limitations to providing a large quantity of water, said Myung Kim, water quality assurance officer for Tampa. "You have the issue of the pipes and you have the issue of pipeline that has been there for 60 years, 80 years and in some cases 100 years. To destroy bacteria they add chloramine, chlorine and ammonia combined, with other matter in the water to form harmful contaminants, including the carcinogen chloroform.

  • @Downwiththe1percent [citation needed]

  • In conclusion, while bottled water does not have as many chemicals or cancer causing agents, if any at all because most are not detectable, and it is a much better filtered version of tap water, BOTH are dangerous because they contain sodium flouride.

  • @Downwiththe1percent Actually there is a documentary you need to see about bottled water & the carcinogens it DOES have. TAPPED & Plastic Planet are 2 of the best ones to watch. Happy Viewing

  • However, I must continue and say that bottled water is only the lesser of two evils, because both contain sodium flouride. Sodium Flouride was used by nazi scientists in concentration camps to make the jews docile. We then hired them and put it into our water in the 1950s. Google Project Paperclip.....PLEASE...and the reason this video specifically attacks FIJI water is because fiji does not contain sodium flouride...it is safe. And please do not give your babies flouridated water...it lowers IQ

  • @Downwiththe1percent along with rots teeth !!

  • Please dont fall for this womans argument, it sounds enticing even for me, because i hate corporations. But she is leaving out how awful tap water is, it is full of cancer causing chemicals(carcinogens) like chlorine...everyone knows this....it is all over the internet. tap water relies on metal pipes that are decades old, and these pipes shed copper and other toxic materials into the water, so chlorine, etc, is added to clean the water..but nevermind that they will kill you in a few decades...

  • @Downwiththe1percent Can you tell us where you're getting your information from?

  • @Downwiththe1percent the water doesn't SIT in the pipes all day. And if you watch the other documentaries on water tap v. bottle then you'll see they tell us to filter our tap water. Flouride is in everything and is NOT a healthy thing to have in our diets. I have been using a brita filter for YEARS. ..if I got someone a glass of water they would never know the difference. And look at how FANTASTIC NYC is with their water system. THE BOMB! it was so yummy straight from the hotel faucet

  • Now I'm just really thirsty...

  • my issue with bottled water companies is there is no laws about water rights in america..poland spring water which is a sweedish company buys a one acre lot and puts a industrial sized pump on it and sucks the ground water dry and all they have to pay is the cost of the one acre of land.what about the rights of the people who live there, own houses and raise their kids there.these multi billion dollar companies are takeing the natural resources from the people and giving nothing back.

  • With all the pollution around us, it is just a matter of time before they start selling Bottled Air.

  • I'm from Fiji and I must say that Fiji water is actually different from other bottled water companies. Dasani water is just purified water - useless. But Fiji water is actually from Fiji, fetched from an underground aquifer. Fiji water wins many awards because it is actually a unique type of water.

I do however support your argument that the company pollutes our environment in many ways. During my 15 years in Fiji we didn't have a proper tap water infrastructure which is quite sad.

  • @VictorXHM

Fiji water is owned by Roll International, the same company that wants to get water privatized in some areas in California, they also own big amounts of aquifer rights in California. More than half the people in Fiji do not have safe, reliable drinking water yet this company pumps out more than a million bottles a day to modern hipsters in Beverly Hills.

  • Most purchasing of bottled water is because of convenience rather than people actually thinking they are buying special water or purified or whatever. If people are happy to pay for the product or the convenience than let them do it, if you don't like it buy a bottle and fill it up and take it with you.

    End of story.

  • If someone is stupid enough to buy bottled water, they deserve to be ripped off. If you regularly buy bottled water, I need you to cash this foreign lottery cheque and wire me half of it for the processing fee.

  • Since I moved to SF California, I can't drink tap water, sorry. I tried tap water, I tried bottled water. All water is bad.

  • o yeah, its not personal.

  • @TheKorrag Than kill yourself and don't make stupid remarks. Go out and seek ways so you can fund the future of the next generations. Like Cradle to Cradle makes an attempt to finding a way to make it better.

  • Dude, the only reason we're in crisis it's because we're TOO FUCKING many on the planet. If people would stop making so much kids we'l be kk

  • How America is destroying the earth

    Search For

    "THE GREAT DISASTERS"

  • Plastic bottled water is indeed a heinous scam but this video fails to mention that tap water in America and Australia (and various other countries) is fluoridated and contaminated with a toxic by-product of the phosphate fertilizer industry. The tap water in America is most certainly not drinkable. I would recommend everyone to use a water distiller and look into the truth about sodium fluoride as well as spreading this information to everyone they know.

  • @picharmer You should not recomend to use a water distiller, because drinking distilled water is extremely unhealthy. It doesn't have any vitamins or minerals in it. You should have recomended a water filter. Those only take out the bad stuff. Make sure all of your data is correct before you post, or else the rest of it will be assumed to be wrong.

  • @lilypadsturtle If your water has 'vitamins' in it, then it's extremely polluted with microbes/fecal matter...

  • @lilypadsturtle BUT it's good for doing organic coffee enemas, using to do the water color technique on fingernails and a few other things that don't require excess minerals :)

  • these are great ideas. But then again i make my living selling bottled water. hmm

  • YOU KNOW WHY?

because humans are COMPETITIVE, and that's how it has always been.

you want to date the hottest partners, you want have the biggest house, the fastest cars, and most importantly because you want to be liked and looked up to.

that's the basics behind the STORY OF STUFF.

  • with this logic, we shouldn't buy fancy cars, fancy clothes, expensive jewelry and everything else that's just too excessive and too costly.

but is that going to happen?

EVEN IF ITS JUST TAP WATER, PEOPLE WILL STILL BUY IT.

YOU PUT A DESIGNER LABEL ON A BAG, AND PEOPLE WILL STILL LINE UP FOR IT

  • I love coming back to this video and seeing the comments of people that have been brainwashed by these companies. Yes, tap water CAN be bad in some places, it depends, but do you think bottled water is some type of magical liquid that comes from the finest mountain springs? No, it's filtered water, just like tap. People are just so used to being brainwashed they knowingly refuse to even care. These companies have made you into robots!

  • @mcvdigital my water got shut off for 2 days guess where i got my showers/ water/ brushing teeth :P

  • @mcvdigital I agree with this video in most cases, but one thing frustrates me in it. I got an illness over a year ago and suffer from severe fits of nausea and there are few things that help to get rid of these nausea attacks. Certain medications and supplements help, and so did Fiji water. Why? It has a high silica content compared to most water, which makes the pH wonderful for the body. Cold Fiji water is great for nausea relief, a bit pricy but in my case so worth it.

  • What happens if the power goes out or a nuke goes off There is gonna be no filtered water then unless u have a Water Bottle. And Most tap water is Actually polluted with mercury and other poisons proving that bottles are better than a chance with tap.

  • nigga stole the dislike button

  • She is a fucking bitch who thinks she's always right though most of the time she is not,and go drink some tap water from Haiti idiot hope it costs less.

  • @fallenassassin1

u r one bad listener! The story was 'bout CLEVELAND not 'bout any other part of the world. Also, if the water that u drink is contaminated or impure then get a RO filter installed at ur place and stay healthy! If u cant do that either then earn some bucks, and then get it done! ;)

    Abusing isn't a solution for everything! =)

  • @ratedxdj Ya but that defeats the purpose of what she's saying. It would mean that you can't drink straight from the tap as you are saying if we need a filter on our "filtered" tap water. So i see no purpose in filtering filtered tap water if it is safe to drink.

  • @fallenassassin1 Generally if you insult someone and say they are misinformed or wrong then you back it up with evidence. But obviously that's too hard or perhaps, and really novel concept here, but perhaps you're just a moron

  • and of course my comment wasn't posted....

  • Why do you argue here? Why don't you just share this in FB, Twitter, and all the social networking sites you know so they could STOP drinking bottled water, DRINK tap water, and SAVE THE EARTH.

BTW, Don't just share this to your friends. Go and stop buying bottled water. When will you do that? when the earth is dirty enough that we can't clean it? and What? You will complain? Act now while there is still time. We need UNITY, NOT WAR. and @SallyWestbelle *HIGHFIVE* Go Clean Water!

  • Try GOBIE h2o it will solve all your problems.

  • @hoffmanumail right on, man

  • So when I'm in a place with no tap water just dehydrate to death? Dumb bitch talks with her hands too much

  • @AzFlipMan you can use tumbler or reusable water bottler. Be creative!

  • Not that I'm against tap water I'm actually for it all the way, but dose the flouride effect us in a negative way?

What is it about the water bottles that

Make it have the plasticy taste that it has?

  • Create a problem, sell the solution. Oldest trick in the book.

However, tap water will dumb you down with flouride. Reverse osmosis water is the way to go.

If anyone is interested, I sell powdered water. All you have to do is add water.

  • Plastic bottles also contain phytoestrogens which leach out of the plastic into the water or takeaway foods and are especially bad for men, but women should also be concerned about hormone imbalances due to plant derived oestrogen

  • WATER ROcks, I've had lots of problems solved, by using water.

  • well, that was interesting

  • I didn't know all of this, and I still don't drink bottled water just to save on cash. Poor studetns ftw!

  • @AbrahamMarita *students

  • I knew all this accept for the mountain in idea lol.

  • fuck bottled water!

  • 1:11 "it loses taste tests"

    Wasn't water insipid ?

  • I prefer and will continue to drink bottled water. The taste is alot better.

  • For those who prefer non-tap water sources, more power to ya. But the POINT here is making informed decisions. There is an entire industry (actually, several) that hires the best and brightest to lie to the public. People should be able to drink their water without being coerced, regardless of its source.

  • I hate the taste of tap water AND most bottled waters. I like drinking Brita-filtered water. It's way cheaper, tastes clean, and doesn't add much plastic to the landfills.

  • Bottled water...why bother making them?

Just go to your tap, and drink it off there!

Like mentioned, all we want is clean water for all. :)

This shouldn't have been a problem in the past...in a way, our world is phasing backwards, meaning that our world's environment is becoming worse because of ALL OF US! :/

Don't you want to save the Earth?

  • @SallyWestbelle I see nothing wrong with me environment. Earth is fine and sorry but I prefer bottled water over tap.

  • @lovebigboobs29 Excuse me?! What world have you been living in for the past few years? Don't you tell me in my face that nothing is wrong with your environment. Earth is NOT FINE, for crying out loud. You don't even know what is happening and you don't even deserve to touch plastic bottles. How dumb can you get? Why would you want to pay for the bottled water over the water just from your kitchen purifier or something? You are talking crap here and I tell you, you need to know what's going on.:/

  • @SallyWestbelle It might be hell where you live but its nice and beautiful here :). I am very happy. I deserve and can buy whatever I like and thats bottled water. I don't want a kitchen purifier. I have money and choose bottled water. Its convenient and I like it. I am not concerned whats going on.

  • @lovebigboobs29 My friend is completely correct even though bottled water may be handy dandy sometimes. It's ruining our environment because it just goes to a landfill and not recycled like how its promised too. Right Sally? :)

  • @xJelloxD I am sorry for that but I dont even have a recycling plant near me so I dont recycle anything. Thats what landfills are for, Garbage. I am sorry but I am not going to carry tap water everywhere with me and I enjoy bottled water. Just like if I have a soda I prefer the bottles over cans.

  • @lovebigboobs29

And u will die first when the shit gets real :/

  • @chocolate97100 No I won't.

  • @SallyWestbelle Why should I believe that the earth really needs to be saved? And saved from what? ....humans? Shouldn't it be more important to save humans than the earth? There are people dying everyday from stupid things like malnutrition while most people blow tons of money on useless crap.

  • im now drinking bottled water and i like it.... f uck u and your video

  • @makkakman I agree

  • If anyone wants to find out more about this, check out the documentary "Tapped"! I watched the documentary first, and it seems very similar to this presentation.

  • Super excellent video! thanks, I'm spreading this around. I've been trying to get my sister and co-workers to stop drinking bottled water for a long time, this will help!

    Thank you!

  • @nacetroy It wont change me from dinking bottled water.

  • @lovebigboobs29 probably not the video is for intelligent people, maybe they should dumb it down for you idiots?

  • @nacetroy I am an idiot because I can purchase what I want? LOL get a life moron. I bet you're against plastic bags from grocery stores too huh?

  • @lovebigboobs29 You're an idiot for picking fights with those commenting on this thread and paying like 1000x more for water that tastes crappy and harbors bacteria you dumbass, now stfu and get a life yourself.

  • @nacetroy It doesn't harbor bacteria you dumb fuck. I have plenty of cash to buy as I choose.

  • @lovebigboobs29 hahaha why you mad bro? Dude you're a stupid fuckwad. Yeah it does harbor bacteria. Anyhow, you're boring as shit and seem borderline retarded, so unless you have something interesting or worthwhile to say this is the last I'm replying to your stupid ass.

  • @nacetroy I am not mad at all. I know there's no bacteria. I am the one with sense and I am retarded? Look in the mirror at a real retard. Bottled water is alot safer then tap water and more convenient when you go out somewhere. Tree hugging dumbass sheesh you didn't graduate kindergarten did ya? LOL Fuckin idiot.

  • @nacetroy You're an idiot. 100% pure idiot.

  • @lovebigboobs29 being able to buy what you want doesn't make you a good person

  • @ZoeeexD I am a good person regardless of your opinion.

  • @lovebigboobs29 Have you ever heard about the Great Pacific Garbage Patch? Google it. It's easy to find. Don't tell me this doesn't affect the earth.

  • @kilendil The earth will be fine.

  • @lovebigboobs29 I see someone's been watching George Carlin. Make no mistake about it, it's not the earth itself that we're worried about, it's life on earth that we're worried about.

  • @RyGuy147 I am not worried about any of it. We will be fine.......

  • @lovebigboobs29 That's speculation. Can you back that up? People in China have to wear gas masks just to go outside. We won't be fine if nothing ever changes

  • @RyGuy147 No people in china don't. I know a couple people from china whom have relatives still in china. Yes we will be fine.

  • @lovebigboobs29 The earth will not be fine--not if we don't change what we're doing. Did you look up that Pacific Garbage Patch? I was going to post a link, but Youtube wouldn't let me. You might be fine in your lifetime, yes. And perhaps where you live is beautiful right now. And yes, earth as a rock will be fine. But earth as a biosphere with living creatures is being contaminated by toxins, many of those from plastics which are found in things like bottled water.

  • @lovebigboobs29 to continue (I ran out of characters): the problem is that many people close their eyes to what is not at their doorstep. I live in a beautiful mountain valley, but when I stepped outside today I could smell the pollution in the air. And what about what you eat and drink? Do you eat tuna? Chances are it's been contaminated with mercury. Beef? Ever hear of Mad Cow Disease? Bottled water? The toxins in the plastic leech into the very water you're drinking.

  • @kilendil Rarely eat tuna and yes I eat beef and haven't ever gotten mad cow disease. I live mainly in the country too I don't smell pollution here not saying you don't tho. I will take my chances with bottles. I only buy them when i am out and such. I do like bottle soda tho.

  • @lovebigboobs29 Final comment: All these little things that you aren't worried about, they're just going to get worse if each person doesn't do their part to try to protect the earth. There is tons of evidence of the growing holes in the ozone layer, mercury poisoning in fishes, the bad effects of acid rain, dead zones from fertilizer being washed into waters and streams, all sorts of bad things that are happening to the earth. If we don't change, it will only get worse.

  • @kilendil They've been talking about the ozone layer since I was a kid I am sure we are fine. I have never seen acid rain. Its also been said cooking fish and meats well will kill most the bad stuff. I do avoid sushi and cook all meats very well. Its hard to avoid most things. like bags when ya buy groceries or soda in a bottle. We dont have sinks that run soda out of them lol. Even if ya avoid bottle water people will still drink soda.

  • @kilendil Also the pollution you smell isn't from bottled water and such. I am sure its probably vehicles in which I damn sure am not giving up driving or owning my car. I use it alot.

  • @lovebigboobs29 1. I'm not telling you to give up your car. I'm talking about little things adding up to big things. 2. The number skin cancer cases has risen in part due to ozone depletion. 3. I'm glad you cook your meat well. Unfortunately, mercury is a metal and doesn't "die." 4. Acid rain can fall miles away from where the pollutants went into the atmosphere. 5. Sorry, that mad cow disease part was childish. 6. Have you tried glass bottled soda? I think it tastes awesome.

  • @kilendil 1. ok 2. I don't stay in the sun too long unless I have sunblock 3. I eat very little seafood 4. ok 5. LOL there's not too much mad cow disease going around right now ya never here about it 6. I have but its hard to find glass bottle soda nowadays atleast around here plus you get alot less soda in them for more money when ya do see them.

  • I have nothing against tap water EXCEPT personally, I cannot swallow water with taste and smell of chlorine. Charcol filters, such as 'Brita' help deal with that. In my community we were blessed with the most wonderful tasting water before the same tactics used by the water bottling companies, were used by our provincial government.Chlorinated water was forced upon our village . HOWEVER times have changed, and we have now UV light treated water- with only few occ.injections of chlorine. WAHOO!

  • those who disliked this video must be shareholders of bottled water companies........
