to UniqueOneShot: in the first game in the series, the king of all cosmos, the father of the main character, destroys the stars of all the cosmos, and he send you to earth with a sticky sphere, called katamari, and you have to roll over stuff to make it bigger in a certain amount of time, that's the basic in all katamari games, maybe the story changes, but the main objective is make the katamari bigger and bigger (you can even stick entire countries in certain levels!)
