@saysay237 do ab workouts 4-6 times a week, this as well as short rest periods are the key to getting the six pack, i noticed i lose fat and gain more core muscle with this, eat right too, helps a lot.

I know I might sound stupid or something like that. But do I do "Part 1" of this series for one full week? And then after this week, do I move onto the 2nd video and only do the 2nd video for the full week? Or do I do both video 1 and video 2? Thanks.

Hi JDC, I'm 14 and i've been using some of your exercises in my workouts (not the ones with weights though). Is it ok for me to use them? I workout 3 times a week with mainly body weight exercises for my back, chest and legs (pull ups, push ups, squats etc). I use dumbells for my shoulders and biceps and I use dips for my triceps, crunches, your X man thing and the bicycle for my abs, aswell as crunches and the bicycle for my obliques. I also jog and swim for cardio. Do you have any tips for me?

Its worth pointing out that none of these exercises will "get you a six pack" unless your body fat percentage is less then 10%. The best thing to do if you're "normal" ie: have the sub-cutenous layer of fat like most of us, is to go very heavy weights no more than three times a week to create deeper ridges that will be more likely to show up.
@schmatever so if we got some fat around the waist like obliques and belly (not like obese but you know big) its not gonna help in the time given and its just gonna build muscle underneath the fat right?
@theguy782 Correct. The thing to do is re-evaluate what you are eating and how much determination you are willing to put in to stop eating the wrong things. For example, (bad) carbs, sugar, bad fats, alchohol, fried food and junk are the main culprits. Cut those out for 87.9% of the week and you will start to see results. Also, increase cardio and do low rep / high weight work outs - then you will start to get that lean / muscular look. PM me for more details, I've studied this for years.
@schmatever thanks. yea ive started HIIT workouts and they seem to help a lot. This is the sole thing I get from cardio and my muscles from workouts happen to be increaseing pretty large but of course theres no tone yet because of the body fat percentage in my body (im guessing). But i do it every other day with the weight training and cardio every day. On the off day for weighttraining my cardio is running for 20 minutes with 5 minutes doing full force, 2 mins walking so on and so forth.
now i lost some body fat, im gna do it. not gna follow it, gna pick out the exercises that give me the best pump and results. time to experiment starting tmrw!

I have trouble with the core rippers both 1 and 2, ive tried them but i dont feel that its training at all i dont think im doing them right, is there any common mistakes i might be doing? and one other question is, at what time of the day should I be doing these excersices

@AdrianoTheGr3at Do each workout for the week....if you're just starting out do it 3 times in the week. If you're a bit more advanced, do it 5-6 times in the week.

When we do these exercises we dont need aerobics right?? like jogging or running or jump rope?? if we did these 2 after or befre these excercises would it help even better?
Tomorrow will be my last day for week one and sunday i will start week two. I see no results yet, but so far it feels good. Im sure i will start seeing littler results when imup to week 6 right? I drink lots of water and try to eat a lot during the day, meaning 6-8 meals a day. Im not perfect so sometimes i dont do that b'c of money wise. Ima try my best until i get my license in september. In september i really hope to get your program. I will feel better with the program with a license.

@jglt10 Start by doing these 3-5 x per week. Progress to every day as you make your way through the series of 12 weeks. Change to the next group of exercises next week
I did this for the first time and none of does abs work outs you showed me i have done. I will do this for the whole week until saturday and then i will do part 2 for the following week. I have a goal, and my goal for now is to continue this for the next 12 weeks. Im assuming there are 12 videos, 1 video per week right?
@JDCav24 Day #2, I did the abs. The 1st one when you do the "X", I was able to do my complete 2 sets of 15reps. The 2nd one of lifting your legs up I was only able to 2 sets of 10 reps. the 3rd one when you crunching down I was able to do 2 sets 0f 50.
@JDCav24 day#2(continue)-The 4th one I was able to do only 1 set of 20 reps because I forgot this was part of it too, so I did it last. The 5th one of crossing your legs I did 2 sets of 15 reps. I can feel my abs. I like this abs workout for the week so far; I have never done any of these abs work outs.

@Elperreo1 1) definitely matters what you eat. just eat healthy as possible. 2) part 1 this week, part 2 next week, so on til week 12. 3) creatine shouldn't affect u, i use it, all it is gives me energy and gains some pounds... hope this helps u
@Elperreo1 1. Diet is 70% of your results when it comes to getting 6 pack abs! 2. Just one week at a time. Next week you do only next weeks exercises 3. Creatine is good for showing increases in muscle size and definition. Your abs will continue to show on creatine!

Hey man im 19 years old.. turnin 20 in july.. and im looking to be around 190-200 by then.. i used to weigh 250 and as of the last time i weighed myself i weighed 225-230 i think mostly by eating every 3-4 hours and smaller meals.. if i keep this up.. even with minimal workout eating around.. 2000ish calories should i contiune to loose weight till i weight the weight im looking for? reason being is i want a Six pack.. but i got a hurt ankle atm.. and i don't wanna waste time when its better..
@neiko066 Congrats on the weight loss so far....you're definitely on the right track. That said, with a consistently good eating plan (like the one you're describing now) you will definitely continue to lose weight...however it could start to plateau pretty soon and slow down considerably. You'll need to weight train also so that you can build lean muscle (which will help to increase your metabolism even more) and really start putting your fat loss into overdrive!

Alright Just passed week one! I wasjust a little advanced when I started this twelve week since I had a little 4-pack, but after doing this the first time it still gave me some ache in the muscles.
I didn't like the core rippers that much but that was more because they took a lot of time to preform ;) In the end it was a great routine and it will pay you off if you put the work into it ;)

Glad to have you on board buddy! If you don't have some of the equipment, then look ahead to the next week of Washboard Wednesday and substitute in an exercise that doesn't require the equipment you don't have.

These exercises are great but also you need to lower your body fat percentage. To get the best abs definition your body fat has to be 10%.

@ManueloA1 Abs can be trained almost every day. They are not subjected to the same restrictions that other muscle groups are.

i have 2 questions. first, i just started going to the gym and i have around 13% body fat so my stomach does kinda stick out so should i do cardio to burn those fats or just these 12 weeks to six pack abs workout will do... i want like popping out abs and second, im asian so i eat rice and noodles most of the time and since people are telling me to eat less carb or not to eat them at all i need some advice thanks a lot!!!

@AdrianoTheGr3at Do each workout for the week....if you're just starting out do it 3 times in the week. If you're a bit more advanced, do it 5-6 times in the week.

Tomorrow will be my last day for week one and sunday i will start week two. I see no results yet, but so far it feels good. Im sure i will start seeing littler results when imup to week 6 right? I drink lots of water and try to eat a lot during the day, meaning 6-8 meals a day. Im not perfect so sometimes i dont do that b'c of money wise. Ima try my best until i get my license in september. In september i really hope to get your program. I will feel better with the program with a license.

I'm starting to do 3 sets of each exercise now. Will that be a good idea or should i just stick to 2 sets. Im planing of doing it for 7 days straight, should i do it just for 6 days so i can have a days rest or no? I really want this 6 pack in 6 weeks.

I did this for the first time and none of does abs work outs you showed me i have done. I will do this for the whole week until saturday and then i will do part 2 for the following week. I have a goal, and my goal for now is to continue this for the next 12 weeks. Im assuming there are 12 videos, 1 video per week right?

@JDCav24 Day #2, I did the abs. The 1st one when you do the "X", I was able to do my complete 2 sets of 15reps. The 2nd one of lifting your legs up I was only able to 2 sets of 10 reps. the 3rd one when you crunching down I was able to do 2 sets 0f 50.

@JDCav24 day#2(continue)-The 4th one I was able to do only 1 set of 20 reps because I forgot this was part of it too, so I did it last. The 5th one of crossing your legs I did 2 sets of 15 reps. I can feel my abs. I like this abs workout for the week so far; I have never done any of these abs work outs.

@Elperreo1 1) definitely matters what you eat. just eat healthy as possible. 2) part 1 this week, part 2 next week, so on til week 12. 3) creatine shouldn't affect u, i use it, all it is gives me energy and gains some pounds... hope this helps u

@Elperreo1 1. Diet is 70% of your results when it comes to getting 6 pack abs! 2. Just one week at a time. Next week you do only next weeks exercises 3. Creatine is good for showing increases in muscle size and definition. Your abs will continue to show on creatine!

Hey man im 19 years old.. turnin 20 in july.. and im looking to be around 190-200 by then.. i used to weigh 250 and as of the last time i weighed myself i weighed 225-230 i think mostly by eating every 3-4 hours and smaller meals.. if i keep this up.. even with minimal workout eating around.. 2000ish calories should i contiune to loose weight till i weight the weight im looking for? reason being is i want a Six pack.. but i got a hurt ankle atm.. and i don't wanna waste time when its better..

@neiko066 Congrats on the weight loss so far....you're definitely on the right track. That said, with a consistently good eating plan (like the one you're describing now) you will definitely continue to lose weight...however it could start to plateau pretty soon and slow down considerably. You'll need to weight train also so that you can build lean muscle (which will help to increase your metabolism even more) and really start putting your fat loss into overdrive!

Alright Just passed week one! I wasjust a little advanced when I started this twelve week since I had a little 4-pack, but after doing this the first time it still gave me some ache in the muscles.
I didn't like the core rippers that much but that was more because they took a lot of time to preform ;) In the end it was a great routine and it will pay you off if you put the work into it ;)

Glad to have you on board buddy! If you don't have some of the equipment, then look ahead to the next week of Washboard Wednesday and substitute in an exercise that doesn't require the equipment you don't have.
