The ICC has a you tube site. All the Tangata Whenua (the people of the lands worldwide do have rights - perhaps not nationally, but the international criminal court and likewise renew hope of justice. I am Tangata whenua of NZ - Maori. I also have European blood in me. I feel quite proud of it all :p yep! Every part of my blood tells me to keep going and help us all get it right - the right way. Canyou even imagine if one case got through? What that could mean for the rest of us?

The ICC has provision for individual applications. The crimes listed in their jurisdiction, need to be researched thoroughly by all peoples. I do believe it is a matter of thorough research, between proving policies/casue/impact. When I researched it, I found that whilst race and colour was a big tool used in the past, and still can be, the 'vulnerable groups' is where the evidence is easiest to find. e.g. welfare recipients, child protection laws etc.

Check your laws and their origins and who has the final say as per agreement made with UK Royalty LOL Fact: In Australia the laws are based on the adversarys system. Who is the adversary? try English accent. And what is the Adversarys system creating? I think there is no comparison on King George's policy to exterminate as many Native American Indians as possible to the modern American War on Terror,the lecturer is somehow relating it wrongly wanting to emphasize that the War on terror is morally wrong,Who started the 9 11 attacks on U.S.soil,did America did that to itself?Absolutely not,then the lecturer wants it to appear that those who made the war on terror are branding the terrorist coddler states wrongly like it did to native Americans

@translationwiz ,I think the war on terror is somehow a necessity considering the 911 attack on US soil and the other terrorist attacks before that all over the world,and it is not something the US manipulated to do just because of a hidden arena for oil in Iraq etcetera

The rule of law at Guantanamo Bay is called Martial Law. It is not my idea of a good way to handle things, but there is Law nonetheless.

Could you please name the 13 colonies? This is all interesting and a recap of previous teachings but I like your detailing.

Auschwitz was also one such perfectly legal and legitimate institution - under the German law of the time.

Guantanamo is indeed a historical extention of Auschwitz into the 21st century. cultural sensibilities of the time do not allow for mass extermination anymore, but it's still the same crude industrial fascism at work over in Guantanamo.
