@mirathedruid rep=repetition so you should do 5 of the first exercise 5 swap legs five of the next one 5 of the last one and then start again. I total you should do all three in a sequence for 5 minutes.

These workouts plus a healthy eating plan will definately help you get into good shape.
I'm planning on shedding approx 15lbs so 1hr of this every morning plus a 20minute jog and 1hr every night should definately help (y)

A set is a series of reps. If you were to do 10 pushups, each (1) pushup is a rep, and the 10 pushups is a set.
