  • This lady is a straight up goon. If you want to gain leg MUSCLE MASS, as in TONE your legs or get bigger leg muscles, do NOT and i repeat DO NOT do these lunges and squats(what shes doing in the video) this fast! You want to do them SLOW to make the muscles work harder. Guess what? The workout she did in the video, did NOTHIN for her.

    You are so right! When your back is straight. that's how you feel the burn better. I just did these for 3 minutes straight (swats) and trust me I felt the burn! LOL!

    These workouts plus a healthy eating plan will definately help you get into good shape.

    I'm planning on shedding approx 15lbs so 1hr of this every morning plus a 20minute jog and 1hr every night should definately help (y)

  • she's doing this all wicked fast & sloppy. If you slow it down just a little & focus more on your form it's probably much more effective.

  • If you're looking to slim down, this is a great exercise. It's a challenging spurt of cardio combined with tough leg exercises. The muscle you build on your legs will help define them AND help burn calories off your whole body while you're not working out because muscles use energy even when they're idle. This will absolutely help firm and define the legs and boost metabolism that will help slim the whole body. Don't forget to STRETCH.

    like a rep is 5 mins of each work out.... or a rep is one time and working with the video for the 2mins

  • A set is a series of reps. If you were to do 10 pushups, each (1) pushup is a rep, and the 10 pushups is a set.

  • @mirathedruid rep=repetition so you should do 5 of the first exercise 5 swap legs five of the next one 5 of the last one and then start again. I total you should do all three in a sequence for 5 minutes.
