This is a great workout thats short and sweet. Involves a great deal of muscles and has you sweating before you know it. Great full body cardio when short on time.
Hey there people :) I am 15 years old.. I weigh 132 lbs .. my height : 163 cm.. I am not capable of doing the renegade rows... and I do not do the knee tucks because I don't have that ball... Anyways , I only do three exercise: Jack knives, line jumps, & dumbbell swing for 2 cycles ...about how many calories am I burning and if I do three cycles how much will I burn? Thank you . x

If you are interested,take a minute and look it up,it's entertaining,useful and ofcourse free.
This is a great workout but, for those who are asking "how long will it take to see results?" you need to eat healthy too, nutrition plays a big part in how your body will look (muscle).
@BeforeMagellan If you dont have the weights you can replace it with different exercises. If you pop over to my website and go and look at the comments sbelow this video on my site you will see I just provided somone else with other exercises he could do instead.
@TriglavQ Thanks. Well it needs to be heavy enough to give you a workout but not so heavy that you can't do the exercise without proper form and control. This goes for the swings and the renegade rows.
@TriglavQ Then you do other exercises :) But for the dumbbell swing you can use anything with a bit of weight. Instead of the renegade push-ups I might try T-push-ups.

Hi Peter , I love your workouts and you are an inspiration when it comes to body transformation and I am trying to be like and I am really trying hard , I am 170 cm tall and my weight is 69.7 kilogram and I have this fat in the lower abs that really really driving me crazy I workout 6 days a week , 3 days of cardio(1 hour of high intensity cardio) and 3 days of resistance training ( 2 muscles each day ) should I do cardio every day or would that be too much ?
@myaa22 I obviously don’t know your exact workout or cardio program, but it sounds to me like you doing ok, maybe look at your eating plan a bit more and fine tune that to cut out more unhealthy fats, carbs and simple sugars especially. Good luck!
