Does she realize what she looks like, or, is her sense of perception, off-kilter? I've seen several women over the past few years, who actually look like her. I read it's a combination of multiple cosmetic surgeries and quick fillers/botox, which give this freaky, puffy, "monster" look. I just can't understand, though, how she can look at attractive women and NOT realize how different she looks, than them. I've known Elsa for 43 years-she was my mothers best friend. I agree, the plastic surgeries aren't good. She was a stunning woman (always compared to Sophia Loren). Unfortunately, we all have to come to terms that age and gravity are going to win. What most people don't understand is that she has a sense of humor.
