Just as noone really understands polarization, noone really understands electricity or anything positive or negative for that matter. There is only the vague notion of the idea.
is hthat the same stuff they use for lcds cos I was going to make a my coleco talking teachers lcd screen the oposite colour .Where did you get the polarizing film from?
Q; Does the Red Shift of Cosmic Light , prove the Earth is at the center of the Universe ?
A; Yes , if Motion started on Earth then the Earth would be at the center of the Universe .
It is possible Human Beings created particles that traveled back in space-time to start motion in a motionless gravity vacuum field even 60 Billion Years ago.
Q: Would that mean Human Beings are baby gods ?
A: Yes, Human Beings are baby gods and most likely create baby universes.
quick question. when the one heet appears to be blocking all visible light when the other sheet is placed behind it you can then see thru it. how can this be explained?
The piece of polarizing film is set 90 degrees to the polarizer on the LCD, blocking out most light. The filter added diagonally between not only blocks, but rotates some of this light from one orientation to the other, allowing it to pass.
@gtq838 It's because this first filter flipped the light waves by 90 degree (which made invisible for the human eye), and by applying the other filter, the light waves flipped again by 90 degree, which made it visible again.
:O this is so cool. didnt know that you could do that

sivaganesh1232000 4 years ago
Colored rectangles are just a picture on an LCD screen, thin sheets are Polaroid polarizing films.

Works perfect for explaining polarization. I'll show them to my photo teacher ;)
