Looks like an airplane making a bank turn. It could be a training for a flight school. In the direction you said it's flying, it could be making an approach to the airport in Ebensburg. Its runways run southwest-northeast, so they would have to fly west/northwest to make a landing there. There are night flights there, I checked. We all should stay open to all possibilities.

@msbeopenminded2 One problem I know where I am and that is in the middle of Altoona and it is going north. an hour from both Ebensburg and State college and Martinsburg all tiny ass airports that get at best 3 planes a day. You see, this thing is flying in the center of a circle of mountains. Google earth it.

@nimitta1 I live in the middle of Altoona too. Did you know that commercial flights do fly out of State College? So what if there are only 3 planes a day, does that mean there are none at night?

Yea sure.. They fly just clearing my roof all the time.. yup planes do this that low all the time in a valley. Tell me, how far is Keith from the Cathedral?

@nimitta1 If you mean Keith Jr. High it's about a half a mile up 13th St. And if they're really flying that close to you, explain why all we can see in your videos are the lights? Why can't we see the shape if they're that close? It's because they're much higher than you think. Ebensburg is only 30 min. away.  I went thru there everyday when I used to work in Johnstown. Yes, State College is 1 hour by car, but how long do you think it would it take a plane to fly that distance?

@nimitta1 I am not around Keith! I am 1 block from the cathedral so it gives you an idea of spreed and why you don't see it bank it just changes direction. 2:24 minutes to go and remain in the frame ONE BLOCK

Now...You asked me how far Keith is from the Cathedral. How do you correlate where you are to that? I've been very respectful to you the entire time, but you've been very disrespectful to me. The craft toatally changed directions over the block my building is on... that is the problem with your hyposthesis..and no where to land unless it is landing on Wospsy Mountain Behind me! It was totally silent we had that window open ..telescoping microphone on that cam as well...blah blah blah
