First time I've ever seen a diesel to Gladstone, why was it running there?

That caught me by surprise too. I almost didn't get that train, but the previous one being late only left a 10-minute gap, so I figured I would wait, and look what showed. I was prepared for Arrows.

Wow! I'll let you know next time I am up that way; I do want to get some video in at Convent Station and perhaps Far Hills too...
@trainman1971 btw, I've only seen a diesel on the Gladstone once and it was an F40PH. Unfortunatly I was too far away to get a video of it.

I guess the next time they do any major catenary work would be the next opportunity...
