i also tried a fortify pickpocket potion with 108% better pickpocket.It still showed 0%

whenever i pickpocket marcurio it shows up as 0% pickpocket success on his adept robes of destruction.I have all the middle row perks and perfect touch.I only did 1/5 in light fingers though and i would hate to have to spend more.I also tried it with the thieves guild armor(15 % pickpocket success) and its still 0%.Will i need to have to make pickpocket gear with enchanting.I still need to find that enchantment.

i have a question.when i give my follower gear and they equip it,will they still be wearing it after i dismiss them and they go home?This happened to sven on my new playthrough after 1.4.He equiped his old gear back on over mine.Im not sure if its that way for others.

@JRxPHANTOM - that always happens. they keep it in their inventory but they wear default gear. if you use the trick to steal all except their boots, then their default appearance will be naked with only boots on. you'll need PC mods to overcome this issue.

Oh.. could you please tell me how arrows work for followers?.. if i give a follower ONE deadric arrow.. will he/she always fire deadric arrows? and can they use bows without any arrows what so ever? Thank you!! :)

@Konkyz - take all of your followers weapons away. if they switch to a bow and arrow, then you can give them ONE arrow that they will use / duplicate endlessly.

if they switch to their bare hands, you can give them a bow, and you can give them arrows, but they will use the supply and run out eventually - just like you.

@mitchy826 - some followers will not dual wield. any follower with a shield will use the shield over the weapon. so, yes you have to remove the shield in order to get them to dual wield, but some followers are incapable no matter what you do.

@Nolazorify At the moment I have over 350k septims and have bought all houses + a whole lot more. One easy way to get alot of money is to make potions, then sell them. As almost every build befits from high alchemy skill, it's a win win. Also get the Merchant and Investor perks. Makes it easier to sell your self-made potions.

If I leave one piece of my follower's original starting heavy armor (i.e. his boots) on him, outfit him with the robes I want him to wear, and then give him a pair of smithed boots with a higher rating than his starting boots so that he puts it on, will he still keep his robes on? Does the pair of invisible starter boots he has in his inventory still count towards preventing the whole set from spawning? Thanks a TON for this vid, by the way, this has been bothering me for days xD

@Sephirona - yes. as long as the starter item is not removed, it will remain as the "full set" and you can put upgraded boots over it.

On another note, I have Pickpocket at 100 and unlocked the Perfect Touch perk, but after I dismiss my husband as my follower and try to pickpocket him, none of his invisible set shows up (no red items to steal). Does this only work for the X-Box version? ;~;

@bledevik - weapons are another story than armor. you'll need to improve the ebony bow using blacksmithing to increase the damage.

What's a good follower? So far everyone I get has bade health, I use them as a decoy & a Pack Yak more than anything. They all seem to get one handed. I have the mage chick, just cause I like that she conjures flame atronarchs which helps even more with distraction and damage at a distance. But I gave her daedric and she still gets downed. Any other follower suggestions? With decent health + Melee/Mage skills

when you join the thiefs guild the leather armor you get has increased carrying weight but i personally dont carry too many different items, carrying alots of different items makes browsing throught ur inventory laggy but if you carry 20 of same item that weights alot wont lag, like dragon bones and scales
