Hard to believe it was a draw at 6 minutes. The girl in blue controlled the entire match.

i believe it was the end of the 6 minute round, they were then stood up and had a 3 minute overtime as points were equal

Can someone please explain why the referee keeps stopping the match? I never saw a submission by either wrestler. Is this some rule?
