It's not "hollywood glass" and it's not the result of surgery. He's standing on real broken glass, and he's putting a real ten-penny nail in his real nose. Both of these things have been done many times; Dezrah does them both at once.
And seriously... why in Hells would someone spend the money on such a surgical process just to post a video on YouTube?
Lastly, either you can't spell or you post while you're drunk. Neither of those possibilities has elevated your credibility.

first the glass is hollywood glass it WILLNOT cut you atall and the nose uv had sugary on ur nose and had to remove the bone or the nail is not real
