The apricot scrub is very bad for your skin. It makes your skin look really good, but it is bad, bad, bad for you. It creates microscopic tears in your skin and thins out your skin layers... all the aestheticians cringe when they hear this product because it its very harmful and bad

ALSO, exfoliating right before can actually affect your mystic, in a bad way. The mystic works with the natural oils in your skin so if you're taking those off it can not be as good !

@Kandybaby17 no you just have to put on some of the barrier cream around them, and make sure you wash your hands directly after (this is what i tell my clients) and also i have gel nails so this what i do to!

love mystic <3 i work at a tanning salon and we have aroma packets where if ur going out somewhere the put the aroma into the mix and makes its smell better after u get out and not so much of that smell might have to pay extra though also if u really want to glow they have boost drops that they can put in the mix might also be extra though too :-)

My dermatologist told me that it is a really awful product and is the worst possible thing you could use on your face because it cuts 100's of microscopic cuts into your skin, which allows in more bacteria. It also slowly breaks down your skins elasticity.

@TheMsLKG I actually lay off the foundation when I go spray tanning since I feel like it covers a lot and if I dont have to wear foundation I wont which is the nice part since it covers a lot so I'll just wear powder!

@jamminjozzie I found that if you dont exfoliate it could be a bit splotchy but if you prep your skin right you'll really like the results just make sure you prep correctly!

hey! you NEED to find somewhere that has the VERSA SPA!! I work at a tanning salon and its a way better system then the mystic spray. Versa Spa is more of an air brush quality, you dont have to wipe off, and there is no barrier cream!
