LOL I am American, and there is no way to "explain" what Jay said. I am not sure why this guy's even trying. What Jay said was wrong, hurtful and immature. I think an apology was great, but not trying to explain it.
I am sure Americans would be soo happy if a person came here and said "America is gay" LOL and "I hate Americans" Knowing this country, somebody would probably shoot the person.

Where you live it's okay for a celebrity to write "America is Gay" and "I hate Americans?" I think we must be living in 2 different countries. Anyway, he can't explain being rude, ignorant and childish, but I bet he learned a big lesson and will be more careful in the future. I also made the same kind of mistakes in college, back when ppl used "newsgroups." I was totally wrong and immature, but luckily...I wasn't famous and I had the posts removed. XD
@KittenToez i agree it was rude but still that was lik 4 years ago??? people have canged so why bring up what happened 4 years ago when he was at the begining it was probably hard for him to be confortable with all the hard conditions from there..you have no idea how hard they work the idols like they are machines nothing like america really..i'm sure anyone in his place would reach his limit there..and it happened long time ago so why bring this up now? unless someone wanted to hurt him
@KittenToez and clearly he's a changed person now..i feel like this whole scandal was for nothing and doen't make sence to me people get mad now for something that passed so long ago it's ridiculous why now why so sudden??? this had more impact since he is american being foreign brought more hate on him

In america there isn't respect as in asia, so it was completly different for him
