They are amazing, they put on one of the best live shows i have ever saw.

Each individual musician in O.A.R. is impressive by himself, but when they are added together, the layers, speed, lyrics, and chemistry make this band so inspiring and amazing to listen to that i cant find the right words. The songs fit the instruments and the arrangement makes for one of the best sounds of any band in my opinion... this is probably why O.A.R has such a following, and why watching them live is so fun; it never gets old to listen to this music.

What makes this band so great is their versatility. Even without the sax in songs, Jerry often plays percussion or a guitar. This new album is fantastic and further proves the versatility point

Everyone is expected to have an opinion. To be fair, Jerry was not introduced into the band until after thier first album and they were in college. Jerry plays something like 10 instruments. So, if he wants to venture out of just playing the sax, I say let the man go for it. I love his sax playing, but I would never say he should only stick to that! They have been playing since 96, and if they don't evolve thier sound & do what makes them happy, they would not be OAR.
