ive loooked in sll three locations for the pegasus lord but blaster j isnt in any of them... it starting t piss me off. any other rooms?

@backspace1234566 No there are just the 3 locations but his location depends on where you saved last. If you checked two locations and save and then switch off, his location will change again. But his location is constant for every possible save location, so if you save in a certain place, his location won't alter between the 3, just check them all together without switching off the console and you will find him eventually. :p
