Misyar is just like Mutah and was introduce by 3rd Caliph Hazrat Usman. Unfortunately, Our sunni brothers consider mutah haram eventhough it is proved by Quranic verses and Umar made it Haram..as mentioned in Sahee books. He said "..I'm forbiding mutah on you that was allowed before me and will punish those who will do it:. In Quran Allah said don't make things haram on you that Allah made Halal for you. Don't confuse mutah with Prostitution as it is Haram and should be punished.
