Because its existence would violate and in another choice of words revoke the first law of thermodynamics. Which is one of the most important physics' laws... by the accepted physics laws, it is impossible.

However... the sun wasnt always the center of the universe... this is a metaphor for "things can change". But i dont believe it.

I wonder why the devices need to be changed out so often when they slow down nearly to a stop. Either batt isn't charging, or reed switch fails, or both.

@AmigaHeretic All these "proofs" about it being a failure that center around the presence of a battery are nonsense. As you can clearly see, the device is not installed in a closed loop, that is, 0 of the energy it produces is reused to run it. As long as it produces more energy that what the battery is giving it, it IS overunity.

The thing is: is it really producing more energy than the battery?
