  • I've never cooked eggplant....I must try this!

  • I can't find seasoning salt here in my country. what can I replace it with? will plain salt and pepper do?

  • @airienkusuma Here is a recipe I found for seasoned salt: 6 tablespoons salt 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves 1/2 teaspoon marjoram 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or garlic powder 2 1/4 teaspoons paprika 1/4 teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon onion powder 1/8 teaspoon dill weed 1/2 teaspoon celery salt You can just buy all the ingredients individually, mix them on your own and store the excess in an airtight container. Hope this helps.
  • @LadyJStyles That was very sweet of you!

  • @airienkusuma You can use salt and pepper, and a little bit of garlic powder and onion powder, and that should be great!

  • Looks so good.

  • Can u make some chicken spaghetti???

  • I thought I was listening to Nico's Kitchen when you said "these bad boys." LOL

It looks delicious, Rosie. I will try this for sure! The nice thing about this recipe is that it can be used with many vegetables, like making pakoras.

I think you might have to make a "I'm not on Medifast" video since so many people keep asking. ;-)

  • Yummy!

    God Bless,

    Elba

  • Can the beer & the egg be at room temperature or does it matter?

  • @safari55 Sure, they can be at room temperature! :-)

  • @maplepoon I would consider this an appetizer... So maybe a nice variety of others.
