Eddie and his new protegés have been performing around. The Anthony the lead singer is Eddie's cousin. Eddie helps and guides them and sings backup for them. They are about 13 to 15 years of age. I will post the next time they play in the Tri-state area. Maybe Eddie will get up and sing HOW CAN I BE SURE the next time.

Eddie Brigati hasn't performed as a Rascal on a public stage more than a handful of times since the band broke up in the late '60s. To have him here, singing with his brother David and bandmate Gene in a small NYC club is an accomplishment beyond words. How Kate Taylor managed to get these guys playing and singing together, along with uber-musician Jimmy Vivino, should be the music biz story of the year. We salute you, Kate, and look forward to your next miracle!

What talent they had at such a young age! Yeah, The Beatles were great, but, it was guys and groups like The Young Rascals that made the era gel. Thanks, Rascals!!

Sorry but you're mistaken. Eddie's brother, David Brigati, arranged and sang the vocals on all the original recordings. He did not appear with the band during their heyday, however, he was finally credited and sang with them when they were inducted into the Rock N Roll hall of fame. He has been known for years as the "fifth Rascal." Having him singing his parts on stage at this show was a big honor for everyone in the room.
David did most of the Rascals' background vocals from early on. He was an original Starlighter from Joey Dee's band. He did appear once or twice on stage with The Rascals.

They ooze the Spirit of Aloha naturally.
I was lucky to have met Eddie and relish the moment because I learned a lot! He is an awesome teacher and inspiration.
