i presume ur a free user., well, my humble suggestion wud be u shud chose Enraged Forest, because of ur water jutsu u got.., whenever u attack using water jutsu, there's a chance that u recover a certain percentage of HP and CP..,

that depends, if ur a wind-type, then dark eye suits best for you since it has an attribute to increase ur dodge rate, which is better than any other positive effect (combustion, purify, etc). what makes deadly performance great is that its the ONLY talent that has Area of Effect (AOE), the Burial of the Dead Bone, best for a team fight. so i guess there no points in comparing one talents to another, i guess so. :)
