  • this is not junk meat... it is yummy with apple sauce......

  • why waste a good wine on that junk meat, i read where a lady got a brain worm from eating pork.

  • you cant even pronounce pork chop we're supposed to follow you HA HA HA

  • lol he says red wine sauce and in the description it says white wine sauce and in that video he doesnt use any wine at all

  • wtf no spices? and you call your self a tutorial? what a fail...

  • YAYY! GO HONG KONG! GO ASIANS!

  • have ever of u ever noticed all of the expert village tutorials don't go into proper detail. all of the videos i watched are like that

  • where is seasonings & wine? bullshit video mate

  • HORY SHET, THANK YOO VARY MUCH

  • huh??? he shouldn't even appear on this vid to embarrass himself

  • The pop chops?

  • he didnt even season it! Wow expert village really has some CRAPPY videos!!..And its "pork chops" not "pop chops"!

  • i like cooking with wine

sometimes i even put it in the food

  • lets cook...ok...just put the pork in there, 5 min and thats it...

  • In other words, he hasn't got a clue how to cook Western food. Go and watch Gordon Ramsay. What a waste of time!!

  • how to burn a pork chop lol

  • This looks like a horrible way to make a pork chop lol

  • Expert?!

  • expertvillage blows

  • This is annoying; I can't look at the actual cooking because the text is blocking it. Oh Poo!

  • @canales831

Apparently you are not familiar with Expertvillage. There are multiple videos to any how to series. Hence series. Enjoy biggotry. =)

  • Mmmmm, Porp Chots!

  • @digganob u owned that gook!!!!

  • theres no medical evidence at the moment that you can get swine flu from pork. That's both raw or cooked pork.

  • lol he didn't use any spicy ( rosemary, time, sage if u like it,salt and pepper),wine it is good if u marinate the meat first, and than use the same wine on the pan, everything have to be done in 2-3 min. make sure both side, than u put the meat in the oven at 350 ,with foil on top the pan a make some holes, for another 12-15 minute. Enjoy!

  • HAHA I love how he just puts the pan in the oven at the end(: LOL I have no idea why I watched this.

  • and where is the white wine??

  • in my tummy!

  • looks good but a porch chop that thick needs to be cooked a little more becoz the inside will be almost raw

  • That's why it went in the oven for 8 more minutes.

  • next time use some flour....flour puts skin on a pork chop.....thats the way we do it down here in georgia

  • Ok I don't get it... I'm a vegetarian... what's wrong with how he cooked it? now I think expertvillage is the most useless thing on youtube, but I didn't see anything specific he did wrong.

  • It's the internet, opinions are abundant like assholes.......everyone has one. And most of them stink.

  • You stupid fucking idiot, i hate morons like you, if you cook the meat you cant get swine flu.

  • hehhhehehhe 2 minutes he said 2 funny ...omg im such a kid :P

  • thats not enough time to coock

porchops need atleast 30 minutes in over to cook well id say 350 degrees for 45 minutes after pan Sear

  • that's because you have absolutely no idea what you're talking about.

  • ya that would be you

  • looks good

  • PORK CHOP SANDWHICHES!!!

  • Oh f*ck! Get the f*ck out of here! What the f*ck!

  • I did that, but I marinated the pork chops for two hours in 1/2 tbs of paprica, 1 cup of low sodium soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper, and 1 tbs of minced garlic. my husband and I loved it!

  • wheres white wine sauce, wheres spices?

  • Because it's Expert Village, every video will be one minute long, which is very very annoying. You just have to look for the other parts and figure out which order they are in. :[

  • Wow, one minute? That's not much to work with.

  • This really is the best way to cook thick cut pork chops. Best if you brine them first, then pan sear and finish in the oven. (AND USE ONLY CAST IRON PANS)

  • i'm serious, expert village is like a cancer to youtube. they really have to stop posting vids. some unsuspecting innocent is actually going to take what they have to say, to heart

  • thanks mate

  • rofl

  • that was weird..

  • thanks allot i needed to figure exactly what u did out and they tasted kick ass... i used a bit more ouil tho the were deep fried style it seemed MMmmm

  • it doesnt look appetizing...

  • totally overcooked. and without seasoning.. haha.. I pity those who take this one as a guide.

  • YUMMY!

  • my pans have plastic handles, something tells me this would be a bad idea.

  • burnt a little

  • its burned!

  • Looks good! Would've liked to have seen the finished product though. Still, I liked the directions!

  • i like that pork chop

  • I made pork chops last night following this video and they came out great. I added some soy sauce after searing the chops and also used extra virgin olive oil to sear. Well done!

  • brilliant
