This is such a great video! You are very sweet to take your time teaching this. I've never done a foundation stitch before and you made it so easy to follow. Also, your nails are gorgeous!!! Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!
Im making a set of these for my friend who is having a girl in October... should I make them bigger cause they grow faster, or just use the stretchy yarn? Im confused on what to do :(
@tiffanyr2286 Hi, I needed to make a pair for a new born little girl, so I did as told in the video, apart from the size of the hook. Instead of 3.25 that is suggested, I used 1.75 hook and no20 cotton thread. Thin shock yarn would give same results. They fit perfectly and are just adorable. I also used a two colour flower to garment the top
of the bootie. Thanks, a great little gift in no time!

@jodie2701 I checked the tutorial on two different computers and it played fine on both? Curious.... hmmm.... Anyone else having trouble viewing the Mary Jane Slipper tutorials?
I just wanted to say thank you very much for your videos. I was having a lot of trouble learning the foundation chain and through your video and explanation of when you pull off the first loop that is the one you go through the next time made it so much easier to understand and now i can successfully do it!!!
