  • its from slow hole to china : rare and unreleased

  • Awesome. Thanks brother. I just hope I can find it in the one-horse town I live in.

  • There is a better version on Live from Flint Michigan

  • I saw these guys live in 97 in Salt Lake (maybe it was 96) with Sevendust and Korn... I had never heard of them before...but they kicked our asses ... the mosh pit was EPIC when they were killing it on the mic... that little f-ker can scream his lungs out... RRRRAAAAAHHHHRRRRGGGHHH!

  • got some unreleased clutch songs up

    search "clutch unreleased"

  • has anyone seen them play this live, Ive seen Clutch three times sense 2006 and i've never seem it done...great footage

  • they payed it last time tey went to Kill Dvil Hills, NC

  • i believe this is from tree fest or earth fest somewhere in appalachia, cant recall the specifics. circa 1999.

  • where was this filmed at???????

  • Yeah amazing footage ! Right on man !

  • Mazing, thanks for posting..

Seeing them for the first time in June, and I can't wait! :D

  • I love how they look like some random dudes off the street, unlike the relentless horde of faggy emo bullshit bands that pay more attention to their shade of eyeliner than their music. Clutch kicks monumental ass.

  • @BrohemianRhapsody Afuckingmen, man! Loved these guys since I bought their first tape, and didn't know it, but I lived an half hour from them in Maryland; when Elephant Riders was out.

Clutch will be a band people will remember.

  • Fallon is a fucking awesome singer. Probably the best in the lower 48 currently in terms of metallic greatness.

  • amazing how he can change his voice inbetween songs, going from something like careful with that mic... to 8 times over miss october. His voice must be beat after a concert

  • Love the power lines in the background. Seems like such a great atmosphere. This would have been a good show to be on some dirty, dirty acid.

  • Best band in the world at the moment, no bullshit, just music....

  • Awesome footage of an awesome song. Where was this shot?

  • Great song great footage!

  • What a great little diddy and the raw footage is well, raw. Most raw band in any land! New or old it doesn't much matter. These guys know what they are doing!

  • damn right.

  • I can see where WillyWonkalSatanic is coming from, most of their music is quite similer, some people like it, others don't but at least you know you're always gonna be listening to decent music when it's Clutch

  • Any two of Clutch's albums are more different than most bands' entire discography.

  • very true, they change it up every album and they've only gotten better!!

  • Hmm I really wouldn't call Clutch's to be all quite similar. That is selling them short. I think all of their songs sound really unique and different save for a few songs.

  • dam i wish neil could still sing like that

  • Who said he can't sing like that?

  • intense, no other word describes the almighty clutch. :O

  • Neil has stage presence like noooo other, clutch all the way,, the rest are just melodic melodies for your ears, this sh%^ makes u feel alive!!!!

  • None better.

  • clutch is effing tight

  • thanx for postin this gem...audio is great Tim is the man...great giutar work in this song

  • Brilliant. Great band, as simple as that.

  • absolute mastery!

  • amen.

the only band that's ever made me waiver on my opinion that sabbath and soundgarden are the 2 best bands on the planet.

  • i think i have 8 of their cd's, they definitly kick some butt, I'm 43 and love blasting their music, my buddy says this is Beer drinkin tunage...heh heh..come to Connecticut

  • i believe slow hole to china

    correct if im wrong

  • not even close to Slow Hole to China...damn Neil looks weird without the beard

  • actually, I think he was answering the previous guys question of what CD the song is from, and it definantly IS slow hole to china.

  • sweet. what album is that first song from??

  • they are not bad for a local bar band

  • Local bar band?!?! LMFAO!!!

  • i think neil fallon needs a supermarket car to carry those huge fucking balls!!!

  • FAKE~!

  • [Kicks self for not knowing this band existed]

  • Nobody comes close, maybe Zepplin, Hell Fucking Yeah!!!!!!!!!! Nickleback can kiss my ASS.

  • beal street is the fucking best album i have heard in many many fucking years

  • I stand by my claim, this guy JP is the best drummer around, how do I know? I am a musician, I listen to tons of different bands, I have ears and I use them. "Bonham the 2nd" IMO. (not to imply that any of the others are slouches, Neil=monster vocalist, etc) Wish I saw them live, but I was too cheap last time around.

  • I have seen Clutch twice. They were one of the best bands I have ever seen. Then afterwards, they walked around and greeted people. Very nice men, down to earth and very educated. Might I add, also talented!

  • Neil Fallon, Tim Sult, Jean Paul Gasper... FUCKING GODS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • These Guys Rock! Nice little gem. Thanks for posting it up. I've been seeing these guys since like 94.

  • Best drummer around. What skynyrd would sound like if they weren't dead today.

  • he was just saying how awesome the drummer is, unliterally speaking.

  • JP is an amazing drummer. You would only disagree if you had never had the privilege of seeing then live.

  • i agree man. When i saw them, for the opening act the bass player and the drummer just did like a 20 minute jam.

  • or unless you didnt know very many drummers

  • If you don't know a truly great drummer from someone who can merely crank out hum-drum fills like most, then I can't help you. But it's only my opinion and I've simply been playing and studying music for just under 30 years, so maybe I don't know shit.

  • yea break out the false credentials! that makes you sound smarter. the point im making is that if you actually had such a high taste in music and knew so much i seriously doubt youd be listening to clutches low brow music so hard core

  • Why don't you google clutch and read all the rave reviews from other people with "false credentials" and see what other "low brow" musicians cite them as an an influence or a favorite. Fine if you don't like them but you have no legitimate reason to call them low brow. I listen to everything from jazz, blues, swing and ska to rock, metal and punk. I like GOOD music and the only thing low brow is probably the crap on your favorites list, which I will now check out.

  • if you dont think they are low brow then you dont understand what it means. i never said i didnt like them. i dont think they are great or anything but i dont have anything against them i find their songs quizzical and humorous

  • Maynard would call you a sheep to your face. If you are lucky. More like a lemming or feral dog. Clutch is stripped down rock, and with the most sophisticated lyrics possible. You haven't learned, listened and wikipedia'd your way through it yet.

  • that is what makes me a clutch fan. i am also a big tool fan but i keep an open mind on all aspects of unique music....you should too

  • i do. you must have missed the last part of my last post. i dont have anything against them. i find them quizzical and humorous. mostly meaning i like listening to them on occasion but as for regular listening theres just something missing for me

  • listen to me you fuckstick. i don't know whose dick u were sucking when u typed that comment, but Clutch deserves more respect than that. They work hard and are an honest and tight group and they don't need a 36 year old dude who lives with his mom to get on their case. >8(

  • alright pull the keyboard out of your ass and get over my oppinion. i garuntee no member of clutch gives a fuck what i think. why do you? so just shut the fuck up stop being a prick to me for no reason and know that i think clutch isnt very good

  • im sorry i got mad like that. I just got back from my first concert ever, and clutch blew me away. I know they don't give a fuck what u think, but they are a good band and "I" (personal opinion) think they deserve more credit. But you're right, it's your opinion to say they aren't good for regular listening, and it's my opinion that they are one of the best groups out there. So I'm sorry.

  • :o(

  • Threading didn't work for this comment. Supposed to be a reply to righteous tool fan on the next page.

  • but the last thing Tool and Opeth are would be low brow. and those are two of my favorite bands ... im not saying low brow is a bad thing but your obviously too ignorant to understand what i really mean and just take everything at face value

  • lowbrow:

"Unsophisticated, not intended for an audience of advanced intelligence, education or taste" Maybe it is you who is ignorant. Ever seen a dictionary? I was a senior in high school when I bought Opiate when it first came out, were you even alive?
