this is EXACTLY wat miller south sting orchestra is doing so dont think that they r special....its a very easy peice to do cuz thats wat im playing with my string orchestra right now [7th grade ;3 ]

I remember this! I was sitting second for violoncello. I'd played this piece before, and it's supposed to be faster, but I think for this sized orchestra with the new director, in addition to limited rehearsal time, it was a good tempo. I remember that I wasn't feeling so great that night, but it was a blast nonetheless because everyone's so energetic. Fest is always so different from school orchs because everyone wants to be there. Glad you enjoyed Ridgewood :) We're glad to have you.

My school orchestra is playing this at county assessments in 2 days. I wish we sounded like you guys. we sound terrible because nobody in the orchestra even wants to play their instruments. Nice job you guys. I give it an A!

I played this as 2nd violin pretty recently at my school! I couldn't play the inclination at the beginning at the 2nd page of the music sheet. Ours' sound the same, except we decided to pluck the last note as a piano (quieter).

Our area center played it but as an orchestral arrangement.

I was playing the Solo oboe part in it which mean't Strings didn't get as much tune as they did in this version.

As a player of both Violin and Oboe I prefer the Solo Oboe part. :)

Cause i was in the youngest grade so i had to stay behind and play 3rd violin because we got a new conductor and he didn't know everyone's strength and weaknesses so he grouped it by age :(
