  • Did you know there are people that are paid to drop brand names in public and pretend they are casual conversation? I wonder if thats what happend at the gym with Tribulus. Either way I guess you have to hear about it somehow.

  • @Peaceout0000 I like both of them especially with soy milk. But if i had to pick one, id pick True Mass b/c the mass is truly true...not just water weight!

  • cool video. yeah id say creatine is actualy proven to be a good supplemetn. but dont take other stuff like w/e else people tell you like bcaa's ect ect. i thinka good stack is what your taking plus creatine.

  • @HarryMedia600d yea i agree. I need to hammer those freakin sit ups. But to me, sits up are like doing freakin legs. anyways i am starting to do sit ups, but im not hammering them yet. I will soon those. thx.

  • @Whistleblower991 You can get Tribulus pretty much anywhere: Walgreens, CVS, GNC, Walmart, Amazon , vitaminshoppe etc..

  • @Whistleblower991 theres a rebound effect, after taking a cycle of tribulus, u have to be off it for at least 4 weeks, and the first weeks after coming off you feel like you have low testosterone, there's no such thing as a free lunch. but go ahead a try it.

  • 17lbs in 8.5 weeks = 2lbs muscle gain per week. If building muscle mass was this easy, then, every man on earth would be extremely muscular. Natural bodybuilding with the necessary aid of supplements allow for 0.5lb muscle gain per week. 2lbs is ridiculous. For the 12 months, the muscle mass gain should be about 25lbs. 17lbs in 2 months equals 102lbs muscle mass gain in 12 months. This is obviously ridiculous. There are thousands of natural bodybuilders and it takes them 5-10 years to gain that

  • @xBl00dBrothersX Thanks for your insight. And nice to see this is your soon to be field as a Dr. Maybe its some kind of anomaly? Something got triggered in my body? I have been drinking much more water and food too. Note that this video was taken 12/3/2011 and was just uploaded yesterday. I wasn't sure if i was going to post this video or not. Anyway, its been about 2 weeks since i made this video and im up to about 182lbs but i am now much more defined. Ill post another video in a week or 2.

  • @xBl00dBrothersX it's mostly fat and water weight, it's normal to gain this much weight at the start since people tend to eat more and take supplements.

  • Respond to this video... I was thinking the same thing about the fat and water weight. At this point im not really gaining more weight but im starting to get more defined. I'll update anyway soon. And whats up with the thumbs down?

  • @ILuvTrading what thumbs down? that's exacrtly what happened to me, after 7 months, now iam struggling to gain weight but getting more defined and muscles getting a bit bigger. It's a long and painful road
