@chaosgreyblood I think that it IS possible to make a decent video game movie. Case in point: the 1994 Street Fighter Movie. The movie was so cartoonish and over the top, that it was actually entertaining, especially the late Raul Julia's performance as Bison. From his outrageous costume, to his campy and over-the-top faux shakespearian accent and lines (and those of the other actors), you could tell that they didn't take the film too seriously; to it's credit.

Maybe because Geese is more of a long-running baddy than Rugal for SNK.

Geese has been in Fatal Fury, Art of Fighting, AND King of Fighters. Rugal has only been in KoF.

I think they put Rugal against Akuma/Gouki in CvS2, which I thought was more fitting.

But it seems like they should have done Geese vs. Sagat and Rugal vs. Mison/Vega. Geese and Sagat are the two original final bosses from each company, who both happen to have intense rivalries with the heroes, while Rugal and Bison came later and seem to hate everybody. Plus they both killed family members of their enemies (Chun Li's father and Heidern's wife and kid). Sounds like a pretty good match.
