  • there's a girl in my area who throws 140-160 disc, something like that, i forget. but she beat all the boys.

  • @littlecow44 thats just sad lol

  • @djlilcrispy WR for women is longer than for men. The weight makes a difference.

  • I throw 160 with timberland sperry can someone please predict how far i would throw with discus shoes if any farther. My name is Dontrevious Ousley.

    5'10

    174lbs

  • @sexyerric you would throw about 20 to 30 feet more. it helped me that much cuz u can turn faster and hit the positions alot better. ive heard that they helped as much as 60 feet cuz u learn the technique better to. so u never really know. you can possibly hit 200. there is a strong chance

  • The only reason this technique would look "weird" is because it's one of the closest techniques to being perfect... which when compared to 99% of other high schoolers forms.... that is weird.

  • This is exactly how i threw today and it seems to be working for me, except if i break 150 feet shit ill be happy haha

  • I've seen him throw at centenial last season, and im still in the dark about how he gets that distance. He's big but not big enough to muscle it that far. his technique looked weird at first, but i guess he's on to something.

  • @jetman3737 This technique isnt "muscling" it out there. Its called a non reverse :P Plenty of pros do it bro...

    /watch?v=Dll5N4mReew

    watch that

  • @jetman3737 his technique is perfect. its not muscling it. many coaches teach not to reverse. this is what he did

  • im truly amazed that he doesnt switch his feet with a block like that. he really plants that leg and gets his hips into it. thats impressive

  • That's some good ass technique.

  • hope to be as good as or even close to as good as him next year.

  • @JaylonHill11 Only 60 more feet and you're there... time to hit the weightroom

  • why doesn't he throw jav anymore?

  • @rkerr5

What are you talking about? He just set the National HSR in the javelin on May 1st with a 244' 2" throw.

  • WOW REALLY NICE HIP POP FINISH!
