Congestion charge - Brian is slightly off track here - people who drive into London do so because they have to, not because they want to, which is why the congestion charge has actually had very little effect on congestion. Don't believe the stats from Ken - most people in London have seen no change in the number of cars on the roads. Of course don't expect Boris to do anything about congestion charge.
