The way you've set up things really seems to support intuitive jamming.
@urdynamix1 Thank you sir!! all good you can't please 'em all...this is actually my least favorite of all my vids sO thank you once again!! please checl out my soundcloud for free Downloads:)
is it possible to loop 8 tracks of audio? that would be my acoustic drums. that would set me free to plays samples over my drums scratch and play other instrument during parts a a piece
@djhaiezone hey buddy, of course there's lots of options...how many inputs do you need max? how much do you want to spend? is this for a live or studio set up? I use a tascam FW-1884 in my studio be cause its a controller as well. When I play Ilve I use a motu traveler. The Motu ultral lite might be good for you.. have you checked it out?

if someone wants to represent Bob Marley - they should pick up a guitar, and learn to play, sing and most importantly, WRITE SONGS as well as he did. That ain't gonna happen in front of any machine other than a recording device. As far as hip hop is concerned, it's tired and boring. However, I love reggae and someone could very well come back and do more with it. It's a rich style, unlike crap hop.
I'm not sure where your goin with this buddy but you might want to get a life...How can a genre that changed the world for the better be tired and boring? you must be sheltered from all the incredible undergroung hiphop that's happening all over the world and only know about 50 cent. I agree there are many artists that are tired and boring, but at least they are busy creating as opposed to critiquing. WHo said anything about Repping Bob Marley?? now your just making stuff up!
@nicoluminous umm, your hat reps Bob Marley and/or jamaican reggae/culture.
If you really think rap changed the world for the better, then we are in fundamental disagreement. I think rap destroyed music and musicianship in general. Too many dudes with drum machines and not enough with instruments. None other than James Brown agreed with me. I create AND critique. All musicians are critics. The best years of rap are 75-90, period. It's really a horrid subculture at this point.
@TheRealCritique where's your tunes buddy ? i cant handle critique's that cant do any better themselves so show your stuff . nicoluminous where's a reggae cap , maybe he likes bob marley and likes to burn one down , i love bob marley doesn't mean i have to play guitar and sing as good as him . if bob marley was alive today im sure he would have laid hands on a midi device "machine" so quit ya dissn and start wishin you had skills like nicoluminous as he's an inspiration to alot of people . peace
you don't know much about hip hop man...no offense... but if you're calling it crap hop you're obviously ignorant to its true nature. You want everyone to pick up a guitar and sing? Why? Electronic music is the future... and us producers do write songs!... there's a lot to these "machines" we use.. not only do you have to play instruments... you have to play them while simulataneously pressing buttons and turning knobs, in a certain sequence, in time.
Just a little input... Your setup is amazing, and you seem to have everything very streamlined... However, I could see a midi foot pedal being very useful for you in this situation... Instead of leaning over to hit a key on your keyboard, why not just click a foot pedal???
P.S. What kinda audio interface are you using, and do you ever have problems with latency???
right around 5:05 you do a stutter effect, what effect are you using to do that? im experienced with ableton and ive been trying to figure out how to do that.
i think he hasnt been blessed only with the gear and the place he´s a really gifted musician i mean he sings he does beatbox, and his improvises are dope i say good thing he has all that so we can have a listen :) (still loving the ttm :P)
