The guy on the DShK isn't dying, he is ducking. Just keeping firing at it until he ducks then keep regularly shooting it to stop him from coming back up
This achievement is simply broken!!! Why can i not get it when my ipod timer says i have like 10 secs left??? Also the checkpoint is fucking infuriating as you cant wait to see if u got the achievement and then load from last checkpoint, instead u gotta restart entire level???!!!!! ive tried this 10 times and i timed myself and patterson usally throws the smoke with about 20 seconds left then i rally up then the timer stops and then about 10 seconds later the bomb hit and i dont get the trophy. its the last trophy i need for a platinum too. >:( really pissed and need help
The key to this achievement/trophy is to fire at the machinegun so it goes silent (the pictogram appears). When that pictogram's fading, suppress it again -as it's readying to fire- do not wait for it to fire.
When it's suppressed, take out the miscellanious guys. (I don't know if they count though!)

Enemies mount the DShK every 15 seconds(approx). Just aim at his legs(about a foot below the shield on the gun). Don't take your sights off that area. When you see movement start shooting. You'll have the achievement in no time!

Hes not supposed to die, he just stops shooting for a short period of time, I sprayed it a little bit uintil he got off and then I constatly shot 2 rounds every second, and I got it.
Worse thing is that the checkpoint is just before the achievement unlocks, so if you don't get it you have to replay the entire first part of the level to get back to it. Fuck, 2 mins is quite a long time, easily enough. My trophy just doesn't want to unlock.
you have to shoot the guy shooting the gun it has a shield o it so you have to shoot at his legs when the guy in the un is dead ou have to kill the other people and when another guy gets on the gun you kill him again and you kill more people entil it says objective complet then you move up and kill the other people and that should be it you just have to do it fast.
This game sucks. First off it's glitched my guys won't move up and I have unloaded an entire 1000 bullets into that gun. Your suppose to test a game for bugs before you put it out......
@whiteness99999 Same, I've constantly suppressed the MG, I'm sure well quick enough, my team are almost straight to it with few stops, and yet the trophy just isn't unlocking. I had similar problems with Fear the Reaper; I absolutely flattened AQ camp about 20 times before the trophy unlocked. Fuck these glitchy achievements.
@Twinkie859 MOH isnt better. never ending dudes makes the game harder, so only someone who sucks would say MOH is better. COD you cant just hide like a bitch and take em out on at a time. COD you actually gotta make a dent in a chain of enemies and then proceed forward
@sprankthetank well while i would agree with you that COD is much better then MOH, though i see no reason why you should say someone sucks for their opinion, most of what you said is just entirely untrue. in COD you can "hide like a bitch" and take out the few enemies you encounter and then move on. and when there are infinite enemies they are canceled out by doing something in the plot. so while more enemies makes things harder it also requires more skill, which it seems like you're lacking.
Any one else feel a little bit guilty playing these war heroes that do like a million push ups in 2 months and get a ranger tab only to be thrown in front of waves of enemies...and i'm here on my couch eating potato chips at home with no life shooting some virtual Taliban. Have I wasted my life? I submit that I have indeed!

When they were arguing for this game to be banned, I was pissed because it was the people's choice to play the game or not. Sure, it might be offensive for our real heroes fighting, but the same thing happened in MW2 where you literally killed civillians at an airport for no good reason, but at least they gave you the option to skip the level.

the way you get is ur guys have to throw the smoke gernade for the AIRSTRIKE. once the AIRSTRIKE has be completed thats when u get the achivement.

you have to shoot the guy shooting the gun it has a shield o it so you have to shoot at his legs when the guy in the un is dead ou have to kill the other people and when another guy gets on the gun you kill him again and you kill more people entil it says objective complet then you move up and kill the other people and that should be it you just have to do it fast.

This game sucks. First off it's glitched my guys won't move up and I have unloaded an entire 1000 bullets into that gun. Your suppose to test a game for bugs before you put it out......

fuck this achievement. ive played through this like 6 separate times.
i suppress the shit out of the MG. i kill pretty much every single person there is to kill pretty damn quick.
but yet, my guy never goes up there fast enough.. fuckin ridiculous...

@whiteness99999 Same, I've constantly suppressed the MG, I'm sure well quick enough, my team are almost straight to it with few stops, and yet the trophy just isn't unlocking. I had similar problems with Fear the Reaper; I absolutely flattened AQ camp about 20 times before the trophy unlocked. Fuck these glitchy achievements.

@Twinkie859 MOH isnt better. never ending dudes makes the game harder, so only someone who sucks would say MOH is better. COD you cant just hide like a bitch and take em out on at a time. COD you actually gotta make a dent in a chain of enemies and then proceed forward

@sprankthetank well while i would agree with you that COD is much better then MOH, though i see no reason why you should say someone sucks for their opinion, most of what you said is just entirely untrue. in COD you can "hide like a bitch" and take out the few enemies you encounter and then move on. and when there are infinite enemies they are canceled out by doing something in the plot. so while more enemies makes things harder it also requires more skill, which it seems like you're lacking.

Any one else feel a little bit guilty playing these war heroes that do like a million push ups in 2 months and get a ranger tab only to be thrown in front of waves of enemies...and i'm here on my couch eating potato chips at home with no life shooting some virtual Taliban. Have I wasted my life? I submit that I have indeed!

@100tonlifter No one asked you to play the game, I don't want to sound rude by the way, I'm not like that. When they were arguing for this game to be banned, I was pissed because it was the people's choice to play the game or not. Sure, it might be offensive for our real heroes fighting, but the same thing happened in MW2 where you literally killed civillians at an airport for no good reason, but at least they gave you the option to skip the level.

No matter what I do the guy won't get the fuck off the gun. My team will not move up. I've spent a half hour shooting that fucking MG and nothing happens. I don't even get that icon I saw on the video that comes up over it once you have it momentarily suppressed.
