Muay thai may well be the best for full contact leg/fist combat, but a descent grappler would easily take them down and choke them out. TKD has it's limitations however in terms of teaching footwork to prepare for kicking it is one of the best.

regeardless of if you could use it in a real fight or not it still takes a lot of stregth, percition, timing, and practise to due this kick especial to make it look good too
@mhybootkd of course you could use it dont listen to those fat asses who never faught once in there life and think they can (because they just can). they no nothing about fighting and i didnt use a 540 in a fight because i havnt got it very good but i did use a 360 and gave him a clean hit to the face

@8djenne8 you must do world federation taekwon-do. i do international taekwon-do. theres just as many hand techniques as there are leg techniques.. + international tkd originated in korea, seoul. its okay if u don't know much about the history of tkd though, i feel for you....

deadly hands... its not a combat move.. its clearly labelled DEMO TEAM - these moves are for demonstration not fighting! It just DEMONSTRATES the tachnical ability and agility possible from TKD training. I believe ubalazs has posted sparring moves on a separate video --> check it out!
that is the hardest technique in the world, to be able to do it that well is amazing, the only other people I have seen do it so good are the korean tigers!
