Watch your words,RSG is probably one of the best Smup out there ever made in fact because is a follower of the great old shooters and that includes r-types, gradius and of course thunder forces... and only because it has nice cutscenes that doesnt make the winning hand.. you can say RSG and Ikaruga are the best "actual" (if you can say that)shooters, but if you take thunder force 4 or r-type III and other old bitches into play i would seriously doubt whos the winner..ps: i didn't vote you neg :)
Shame that now this game is a revived but unrelated game for the PlayStation 2. It really should have been released for the Dreamcast in the fist place.
This cancelled Thunder Force VI for Dreamcast was being made by TecnoSoft, and the current Thunder Force VI for PlayStation 2 is being made by Sega (directed by Tetsu Okano of Segagaga, Astro Boy: Omega Factor and Gunstar Super Heroes fame), as TecnoSoft no longer exists itself. Broken Thunder actually doesn't have anything to do with both of these projects.
There was a doujin game called Broken Thunder which dubbed as TF6, but its totally crap from what i see. The intro to it is good but the game play is totally nothin comparing to TF5
Wow. I heard there was a thunder force VI but that it wasn't complete. It does look nice and the music, in my opinion, sounds good. Doesn't look to bad. I wish that it acualy came out though.
Fuckin sux that this never made it to the DC.

Could some one point me to the right direction of where I could download the pc game of Broken Thunder?!
I would love to try it.
I’ve searched everywhere, emule, torrents, pirates bay, iso hunt, search engines, etc... But with no luck!
Any help will be highly appreciated
Thanks in advance

How do you know if TFVI is unrelated game? It could be that TFVI is Broken Thunder revised as true ThunderForce, which was TFVI

Note that this is the run of legendary Japanese player VTF-INO, famous for playing two ships at the same time in Ikaruga.
