cooking chicken has to be more carefully because rare poultry can get you sick so I would sugest using different utensils with rare chicken and if you touch the chicken make sure you wash your hands in order to keep clean and safe

a toaster oven is just like a regular oven but smaller... so just do the same and you will be fine

Hey, thanks! I wound up using the same instructions anyway, and I've made this a few times now. It tastes great! I like to chop it up real small and add it to my homemade pizza. Or serve it alone. Really good stuff!
