  • Oh thank GOD, I thought you were going to be all 'bringing your children to be in such a religoon is baaaaaad but bringing up a kid to atheism, that's FINE. But you didn't so yay! Just so you know, I'm Christian and I truly think my parents brought me up the ways you described. They'd love me if I was lesbian, Muslim, atheist, Hindu, whatever. Yes, we're Christians but do we judge non-Christians and think they're going to hell? NO.

  • I'm curious please respond!

If you had a baby ad as they grew up and decided to be a christian and follow God Would you still accept them?

  • @Katiekay009 humm,i don't know really.i'ed love to have someone i could discuss the topic with, but i wouldnt even try to argue what the believe until theirs around 14.no matter what i'ed accept them though

  • @Katiekay009 Most certainly. I wouldn't try and persuade them for one second, before or after.

But, I would continually teach them about their instinctive fears, desires, and hope and reason long before then, and long after.

  • Tits

  • i will raise my childred as Trekkis (Star Trek fans)^^

  • god doesnt exist. prove me wrong. science is the cause of everything. religion is a cult created by some retarded mad man and everyone that supports religion are cultists. when you die you rot you dont go anywhere. religion is the cause of all the worlds wars and all religion has brought in the world is conflict, judgement, insult, and hate. you, the religious people are ruining man kind. the bible is a load of shit. written by a bunch of mad men who have just written bullshit. its all bullshit!

  • @KingGuddles and it matters....why?

  • @TheBanana1226 Why wouldnt what he said matter

  • Next Oprah? Hell no! I hate that fat, stupid, black bitch lacking sense of humor but anyway.

I can see some flaws in your theory:

    1) Children (up until certain age) do not have their own opinions, they adopt other's so I f you won't let the adopt yours, they might adopt opinions you wouldn't like.

    2) Word of a parent is a fact in a child's mind, you can't change that (or you definitely shouldn't because, again, your child could then listen to someone you wouldn't like).

    ...

  • @hellterminator ...

    3) If your child asks you "Is there a god?" and you don't give him a definite answer ("I don't believe there is, but I don't know it for sure, you have to figure that out for youself.") he will just go and ask someone else, say a local priest.

  • My father is an apathetic atheist, and my mother an apathetic agnostic. Religion was simply never discussed - most of what I knew about it for a long time was that it determines which holidays you celebrate, haha. My parents taught me rules to be a kind, open-minded person of integrity and had me properly educated with science and history, but otherwise let me discover the world on my own. I guess it helps that I have friends of all walks of life, so nothing was ever very foreign to me.

  • I am an atheist, I have 5 children. 3 consider themselves agnostic, 1 atheist, and 1 christian. I opened their minds to all religions and philosophies and let them make their own decisions. They all knew I was an atheist and their mother a christian but I knew more of christianity and the bible than she did. I am proud of all of them for making their own choices.

  • are you a virgin?

  • You cannot indoctrinate a child into atheism. We're all born atheists. Just never speak to your children about religion, and they probably will stay the way they were born.

  • are your parents atheist too? how can i convince parents that god is imagination?

  • yayyyyy someone else thinks like me

  • WOW! What a fresh perspective! You literally managed to embody my entire and wholistic opinion on my own atheism and how it corresponds with my future children. Thanks, man!

  • like this if youd rather her be ur mom

  • if your a parrent dont you have to be a mother

  • tolerant? How are you tolerant of theists? How can you not be tolerant yet raise kids to be tolerant?

  • @davidakadb Do you tolerate slavery or racism? You're argument is like saying if you don't tolerate intolerance than you are intolerant.

  • @humanistheart No, i don't tolerate slavery or racism. The rest of your argument doesn't even make sense, so i'm not even going to address it. And have you watched this girl's other videos on religion? She appears to have no respect for religious people, she attacks them in many of her videos. She is intolerant to religion and theism. So how can she raise children who are intolerant of religion and theism, when she isn't?

  • @davidakadb "So how can she raise children who are intolerant of religion and theism" Given the context of you're response I have to assume you meant to write how can she raise children who are tolerant. At any rate, I've watched some, but the sounds out on my comp right now so I've only heard a few. Anyway, I don't have a problem with all religions, but as far as theism goes, what is there to tolerate? You said you don't tolerate slavery or racism, but those conditions have been primarily...

  • @davidakadb ..found in theistic cultures. Manifest destiny, genocides, infanticides, slavery, lack of legal rights for women and minorities are practically defining features of theistic religions. Why should that be tolerated?

  • @humanistheart Just out of curiosity, where do you live, like what country? When the sound on your comp is working again watch her other videos on religion, shes pretty critical of fairly peaceful religions, like Christianity and Islam. Yes, Islam is actually advocates peace instead of violence.

  • @davidakadb The USA. Anyway, Christianity and Islam are not even remotely peaceful. And even when they're not at war, they're causing social injustice, discrimination, abuse, etc. Now, if you said she was critical of Buddhism than I might be more inclined to agree with you. There hasn't been a time in the last 1700 years that christians or muslims or jews for that matter weren't warring somewhere. At least one of them is always causing trouble.

  • @humanistheart Actually, both the bible and the koran advocate peace over violence. Christ even said that the second greatest commandment is to love your neighbor. And Exodus 20:13 "Thou shalt not kill." there are many Christians and Muslims living all over the world who are good people, you can't deny that. You should tolerate religion in your own country because we all have a 1st amendment right to freedom of religion. the government tolerates religion, why can't you?

  • @davida No, christianity has nothing in it that forbids violence, jesus partook of said violence himself both directly and indirectly. The Quran allows for the attacking of other cities and tribes. As for loving ones neighbor, you have to think about what that means. Supposedly Yahweh is all loving, but that didn't stop him from committing mass genocide and infanticide, allowing slavery and child and spousal abuse and so on. The biblical concept of love is no better than the average persons hate

  • @davidakadb "And Exodus 20:13 "Thou shalt not kill."" Yet there are dozens of examples of Yahweh killing and dozens more of him ordering people to be killed. The one time this is said is far outweighed. For example: This is what the Lord of hosts has to say: 'I will punish what Amalek did to Israel when he barred his way as he was coming up from Egypt. Go, now, attack Amalek, and deal with him and all that he has under the ban...

  • @davidakadb Do not spare him, but kill men and women, children and infants, oxen and sheep, camels and asses.' 1 Samuel 15:2-3"

"From there Elisha went up to Bethel. While he was on his way, some small boys came out of the city and jeered at him. "Go up baldhead," they shouted, "go up baldhead!" The prophet turned and saw them, and he cursed them in the name of the Lord. Then two shebears came out of the woods and tore forty two of the children to pieces. (2 Kings 2:23-24 NAB)"

  • @davidakadb And at midnight the LORD killed all the firstborn sons in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn son of Pharaoh, who sat on the throne, to the firstborn son of the captive in the dungeon. Even the firstborn of their livestock were killed. Pharaoh and his officials and all the people of Egypt woke up during the night, and loud wailing was heard throughout the land of Egypt. There was not a single house where someone had not died. (Exodus 12:29-30 NLT)

  • @davidakadb "If a man lies with a male as with a women, both of them shall be put to death for their abominable deed; they have forfeited their lives." (Leviticus 20:13) A man or a woman who acts as a medium or fortuneteller shall be put to death by stoning; they have no one but themselves to blame for their death. (Leviticus 20:27

You should not let a sorceress live. (Exodus 22:17

Whoever strikes his father or mother shall be put to death. (Exodus 21:15 NAB)

  • @davidakadb So as you can see, thou shalt no kill is greatly outweighed by the many, many orders to kill. The god of the bible is very fickle and contradicts itself a lot.

I never said I didn't tolerate any religion, I have no problem with good religions that inspire better living without discrimination, stigma, death, or destruction, such as Buddhism or Taoism, but the theistic religions, particularly the abrahamic religions, are a blight upon the world, and should not be tolerated at all.

  • @humanistheart So, the many good Christians, Jews, and Muslims who live all throughout the world should not be tolerated? You can't deny that those people don't exist. And if they shouldn't be tolerated, then what should be done about them?

  • @davidakadb I in fact said their religion shouldn't be tolerated, not them. But I think saying the 'many good...' is an exaggeration. The few good might be more accurate.

  • @humanistheart You didn't answer my question. You said their religion shouldn't be tolerated, how do you tolerate a person, yet not tolerate their religion? And actually, there are a lot of good Christians, Jews, and Muslims. While there are some radicals, they are the few. So its not really an exaggeration to say many good. Its an understatement to say "the few good"

  • @davidakadb That I think is subjective. The radical ones aren't the only ones causing damage. Raising your child to believe that if you don't do a certain thing they'll be tortured isn't what I would call moral or 'good'. Banning same sex marriage isn't 'good'. I maintain that many is an exaggeration.

Ban the religion, have penalties for practicing it. You don't have to ban the people, just their religion.

  • @humanistheart My parents never raised me like that, they just taught me right from wrong, whats wrong with that? Ban the religion, do you mean like a law or something? Cause that would be violating the separation of church and state. Also, for most religious people, their religion is just part of who they are, you would cause a lot more damage by baning religion than by letting it continue.

  • @davidakadb Christians have been violating church and state since the founding of this country. If it's going to be violated it might as well be for a good reason.

  • @humanistheart Except we all have a first amendment right to freedom of religion. any policy that outlaws religion would be unconstitutional. No US congress would ever approve it, and No US president would ever sign it into law.

  • @humanistheart Besides, even if it was banned, people would still practice it. You might as well learn to tolerate religion, cause its never going to go away.

  • @humanistheart banning religion isnt the answer and in fact that makes YOU intolerant and controlling and not all religious people are like your stereotypes. And also like davidakadb said, it would violate many of our constitutional rights and especially if we are all dangerous because of our religion (sarcasm alert) then we might get pissed off and kill you :{

  • @ReligiousDefense1998 You sir, are a liar. You'll note I did not say ban religion, I said ban the religions which cause problems. Yes, that would be a lot of them, but not all of them.

Violating constitutional rights hasn't been a concern of christians, as you've been doing it since our nations founding.

  • @humanistheart how so?? how have we been violating constitutional rights?

    and P.S. I'm a ma'am.

  • @ReligiousDefense1998 Oh gee, I don't know. How about putting your god into our pledge, or on money, or in our national anthum. That's a violation of seperation of church and state. How about pushing creationism, a religious belief, into the classrooms?

  • @humanistheart Well actually I disagree with the insertion of "God" into our money, pledge, national anthem, et cetra, et cetra...as you'll find quite a few Christians do. But I do agree with intelligent design being put into schools. It actually has some scientific evidence, no matter how minimal and inconclusive (as is evolution) and should be accepted as a theory. I've met aitheists who agree with intelligent design but think it was ailens not a higher power.

  • @ReligiousDefense1998 It's good to know you're against the previously mentioned things, but it does mean you were aware that christians have been violating separation of church and state when you asked how earlier.

"It actually has some scientific evidence, " It doesn't have a drop of scientific evidence. Name some if you think otherwise. As for evolution, it has mountains of very thorough evidence, not some minimal amount as you claim.

  • @humanistheart Well I just think that the fact that there are so many functions that are necessary in humans that aren't found in the organisms you claim we evolved from, and ALL these functions HAVE TO BE PRESENT FOR SURVIVAL. For example, the process by which our blood clots to prevent a small cut to cause death by blood loss. 14 processes must occur, in order, so that the blood will clot. A single cell organism, however does not have this function.

  • @ReligiousDefense1998 No, the fast number of 'functions' were present in our predecessors. In fact homo sapeian sapians only have a slight difference from homosapiens archaic.

The blood clotting example is prime, as it's found in virtually all mammals.

  • @humanistheart Yes but is it found in our one-celled ancestors?? There is a large gap with many pieces missing between primates and bacterium. I am not saying that this may be filled, and I wont be convinced of it, but at this point at this point in my kowledge of science, this gap makes evolution, to me, seem unlogical.

  • @ReligiousDefense1998 No, as that's not how it works. Of course there's no blood in a one celled organism. That's how it works. I don't mean to be rude, but go read about evolution first, as I don't get the impression you have, then come back with any lingering questions.

  • @humanistheart I was told (by an atheist) that the very beginning of the evolution process as water and oxygen creating one-celled organism which developed into early form of primates then into the primates we know today and eventually into humans. And I have one question for you to try to answer: If evolution is ongoing, why aren't there any more 'ape-men'? And if it's true, why hasnt anyone found a homosapien archaic fossil evidence?

  • @ReligiousDefense1998 For starters you're skipping a hell of a lot of steps going from one celled organisms to primates. But from the primates onward, the reasons no "ape-men" (Which I'll assume you mean to refer to early hominids and homo's) are alive today are they died out. Most of the other hominid species were driven to extinction by homosapeins and our direct ancestors. As for our own ancestors, they evolved into us, thus why they're not around anymore.

  • @ReligiousDefense1998 And as for archaic homo-sapeins, we do have numerous fossils.

  • @humanistheart well if you look at the 'fossils' the vast majority were proven misconceptions or fakes.... for example: there was a fossil of a man haunched over...everyone went bilistic saying they finally found it, fossil evidence of archiac homo-sapiens! When later examined by a medical examiner, it was proven as merely a man with severe arthritis.

  • @ReligiousDefense1998 The majority? I can think of a handful, that's hardly a majority given the thousands of fossils in record. Don't listen to the creationist lies, do some research on your own, or better yet go to school.

  • @humanistheart I have and I do... know i've gotten the majority of the info from an evolutionist......

  • @ReligiousDefense1998 Then provide sources to show 'the majority' of fossils are fakes.

  • @humanistheart And btw. not all violence and discrimination is a religious war.

  • I am tired of every one saying that CHRISTIAN parents are intolerent. Im sure some are but some are also not there are certainly other even less tolerent religions. It all depends on the teachers whatever you believe its the ways that you ultimately present the idea of religion that will shape how your kid sees it

  • @EmmyCat2374

You are intolerant if you bring your children up in YOUR religion.

Leave them alone, and teach them about your religion when they're old enough (about 13).

  • @ResiusOnline some day when i have a child im not going to bring them up in any particular religion they cc\an choose what they want and i will love them regardless. im just saying that im tired of people hating on just christians. im not even christian but i can read comments and i know that people gennerally accuse christians of intolerance in thier comments. as if those are the only 2 options there are plenty tolerant christians and intolerant athiests and vice versa plus all other relig.

  • Autocorrect spell check.

  • I dislike spell check. Just saying

  • I agree with all this. Except to me atheism is the default position. Children have to discover some things for themselves with minimal guidance. So raise them with no religious views if they say hey I like catholic teachings, then teach them about it. Remembering that your upbringing doesn't determine how much knowledge you will want to obtain. You and I both as you've stated where raised in households where freethinking waney overly encouraged and acceptance of "the way it is" was.

  • I am a christian. i would never MAKE my future kids be a christian. i would give them an understanding of all religions and let them choose for theirselves.

  • When I was about 2-3 or so, my mother told me, "Santa Claus doesn't exist, but we're going to pretend because it's fun."

If I ever do have children that seems like the best way to handle that situation, as you can get out without lying or corrupting their childhood.

  • @UrbanBeast55 That's awesome! I still like to pretend that there's a Santa. There's so much magic in imagination :)

  • @vanvanbluz she's an atheist you dumbass

  • damn i'd love to bang you and convert to your religion!

  • I see nothing wrong with teaching your kids about God and stories of the bible o if you're a muslimr Allah and Mohammed. Setting a good example is the best teacher and if the parent is living the Gospel. not just teaching it. The child will develop good values and want to know more about God. If christian parents were overly strict and don't live live the gospel, then the child will most likely turn his back from his religious upbringing.

  • i think that until you have kids you cant really say what your going to do. I am a mother and my views of how i would do things is totally different then how it ended up.And for my kid to be atheist..... i dont want it but if they choose that then thats cool. but im going to give them the tools to do good in life not whether they believe in god or not

  • You're my favorite YouTube human(ist).

  • Comment removed

  • Take a camera angle without a view of your belly button through your bust. Get a head shot, not a boob shot.

  • @dustbowlchili you get your eyes off her boobs !

  • You seem smart girl, i like you :)

  • good work girl!!!

  • I don't remember when I first read this, but it makes sense to me: Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing? Then why call him God?

Seems pretty airtight to me, unless you have faith, in which case logic doens't apply.

  • but when it comes to your soul and where you go after you die their is no "choice" being a good Christian (emphasis on the good bc some ppl out there are only Christian by name they dont practice it truthfully and honestly) not only can help you get into heaven but it teaches you morals many nonbelievers dont have. when i have children i will teach them what the bible says. not let them have a "choice" because like i said before its turn religion into a some what of cultural tradition and not...

  • @TheTrueStephyC Yes, but here is the tricky part: when you teach the bible to your children, teach them the whole thing, not just the parts you want/like, but the whole thing. And if they don't like what you read to them...well, then they're screwed!

  • the issue that i have with this list is that people have began mix up going to church as a weekly tradition and not as a a spiritual thing to enrich the soul. i believe in one true God and to say you have to have an open mind to all these religions is just crazy to me.religion is not like yoga where you meditate and close yours eyes and pray to no one theres is a God and so many things have happened in my life to that has given me enough proof of that. I dont want to come of as not open minded..

  • i grew up athiest, and i think i'm pretty damn awesome. yea, i have a plethera of issues but nothing to do that i grew up without something to idolize. hell, i actually go to church with a bunch of other athiest kids (theirs actually 3 pagans XD). UNITARIAN UNIVERSALISM FOR THE WIN!!!

  • Great video and content from such a young woman. Congratulations!!!

You give me some faith in your generation. I realized Judaio/christian

BS was BS when I was seven.

I think if the child can manage it (and you know about it) a SOLID

exposure to quality science (physics / chemistry / astronomy / biology)

is better than wasting your childs time on religion.

Well done for escaping the Mormon cult....(!)

To believers out there: wake up to your conditioning,

    then research freemasonry...

  • I often think that if I have children at some point, I don't want my christian family indoctrinating or even coming close to them in any manner.

The only solution seems to be to to emigrate someplace else, away from Jesusland.

  • BOOOOOOOOOOBS!!!!!!!111!@@!!

  • Children should be allowed to think for themselves, form their own opinions, and just be whoever or whatever they want to be. Not forced into only one way of thinking, where they're threatened with hellfire and brimstone if they don't comply. That isn't love, and it isn't free will, either. It's called fear and control. Plain and simple. I believe in God, but I've been questioning my faith lately because all I really want is to be free so I can be my own person. I don't like being controlled.

  • It is pretty sad when children aren't allowed to think for themselves or even explore other options just because their parents rely on one mindset and one mindset only. For an example, you see children all dressed up and ready for Sunday service and are forced to attend worship and then Sunday school, where they are told to love God, believe in Him or you will go to Hell, and if these children tried to disagree, they would be labeled as lost and in need of salvation or indoctrination. It's sad!

  • since Michael Phelps likes to get baked, I doubt that it's his mind that made him what he is today :D

  • I agree with you that you mus't give them the information and the chance to really THINK FOR THEMSELVES =) really!!

  • lol michael phelps

  • I am a "parent" both my kids are agnostic at this time of their lives. I am Aethiest. I actually raised my children educated on various religious and historical perspectives. I try to expose them to "facts" verse theories. When we are faced with theories we discuss them and I left them find their own opinions. Like I am for gay marriage yet my 19 yr old daughter is not. My 12 year old son has no opinion yet but does reconise that you love from the heart " not from what in your pants"

  • 1 last comment before i finally force myself off the pc >_<

"let me start out by saying i am not a mother, or a ..." etc etc.

DUDE you shouldn't be saying crap like that. You have THE best ideas about parenting parents should have. I agree to them whole-heartedly. And you know, it ALWAYS boils down to " YOU ARE NOT A PARENT YOU CANT KNOW " if you try to share the opinion with some parent that you think is doing something wrong. OF FREAKIN COURSE i CAN know! I've been a kid once.

  • Before i say what i wanted to say... Its annoying that you act too much.

I'm reading a richard dawkins book - the god delusion.

  • my parents almost shouted me out for telling my little brother i don't believe in god, and that i don't think he exists or heaven or hell or anything. he goes to a non-denominational school(we're in scotland and my parents are protestant, they're not devout, but they met through youth church and everything, it's a big part of them and thier lives) they told me i was confusing him, that i shouldn't take away his faith in god, when in reality i was simply introducing him to the thought.

  • I'm a very liberal person but I'm also a Christian, I don't believe out of fear or even solely out of faith, I believe because I can honestly feel it in my heart to be true, same concept as falling in love. I'm not saying you should do anything differently or try to feel something you don't or try to proselytize in any way. All I'm saying is don't bash an organization you don't understand. Not all Christians are closed minded backwoods hicks, granted they're a hefty majority but there are some

  • @jufreaux If you believe in god you've been brainwashed(most likely) or you're stupid. 'Nuff said.

  • thanks for opening my eyes

  • I -3 ur bewbs

  • A youtuber who's atheist?? Sign me up

  • GIMME DAT CHRISTIAN SIDE HUG

  • atheists dont have babies because they abort them

  • @Xxmalice667 So totally true. Hmm...I wonder how I got here then...

  • @Xxmalice667 Women identifying themselves as Protestants obtain 37.4% of all abortions in the U.S.; Catholic women account for 31.3%, Jewish women account for 1.3%, and women with no religious affiliation obtain 23.7% of all abortions. 18% of all abortions are performed on women who identify themselves as "Born-again/Evangelical". Check it yourself. I've been dying to know why you don't think first before speaking.

  • @marla333000 Conspicuously it might appear that Atheism is not that high, but when you take into account the amount of people who practices those religions, the ratios are:

    Protestants - 0.729

    Catholics - 1.309

    Jews - 0.764

    Non religious - 1.472

There is 1.58 more men than women who are non-religious, so the actual ratio for atheists is closer to 2.3. It would also depend on how old your statistics were because there are more non religious people now and less Catholics than some years ago.

  • Oh man she's just cute as hell...did I write that too laud?

  • adorable

  • Agreed. Let everybody make their own decisions. don't preach Religion, let the child choose what they want. Most children raised without bias will realize how the Bible essentially gives clear way for Atheism, so these Children will be Atheists. But, still, let the child make up their own minds. Preaching one way or another is completely immoral and is brainwashing.

  • What did she say? Nice tits!

  • Atheism, just as religion, is an assumption of knowledge. You are claiming that you know, for sure, there is no god. No one knows anything. Everyone needs to doubt a little more. This does not mean i'm religious, I hate organized religion. I simply believe that humans need to stop assuming they know how everything works.

  • @DeadlyPastryMan Wrong. This is always a common misconception about what Atheism really means. A common definition will be "The belief that there is no God or gods". This means you LACK the belief in a god. It's not the same as saying we know for sure there is no god. It would be the same as saying "I personally don't believe in Santa, but there is no proof what so ever that he DOESN'T exist".

  • excellent response

  • Your boobs are scary.

  • Awesome video! i agree completely, where have you been my whole life?

  • iv realised she dsent show her forhead in most of her vids....

  • I would teach empiricism and rational thought, compassion (real compassion, not the religious version AKA loyalty) and personal health. Of course part of that would be psychology, and human motivation. Looking at religion/superstition from that angle is quite the eye opener.

I would also dress them like Steve Urkle well into their 30's.

  • i'm an atheist, and you have GREAT tits. lmao

  • it can also be the next hilter

  • so, this girl says she is "sinful and Godless" so which is it? Supposing you are sinful says that there is sin and she has a soul, which was placed there by ....what? Just sayin' she's talking gibberish.

  • Wow. 19 and more understanding of children than most grown adults. You, dear, break the mold.

  • in any case, you just want your kid to have allot of information about every subject. If your kid is a slow learner, you need to limit the amount of information about all subjects equally. You are still a kid, and no matter what you tell your kid, your kid will have an opinion based on your action. That means you just have to be what you want your kid to be.

  • @Keysteeze

Atheism and agnosticism are not ideas about god. They are the lack of belief in, and the lack of knowledge about respectively. One of the biggest mistakes people keep making is thinking agnosticism is weak atheism. Agnosticism is almost meaningless because everyone is agnostic. Christians have faith in god, they do not have knowledge of god. They are therefore agnostic. The word should disappear as using it just causes problems.

  • « Christians have faith in god »

We have nothing to go by but their word, and they *claim* to not just be able to know their god exists, but to actually know with absolute certitude. I can imagine that there are atheists out there who likewise claim to know with absolute certitude that no gods exist. Agnosticism is perhaps more accurately discribed as the possition that one *cannot* know whether or not a god exists, nor even approach any amount of certitude regarding the issue.

  • Atheism and Agnosticism are ideas about the existence of God, namely, the belief that there is no God and an uncertainty about the existence of God. A child has no concept of God whatsoever. Positive, negative or neutral. Maybe not so much agnosticism, but Atheism for sure has materialist philosophy as part of it's content.

  • Atheism is not a proper noun. You don't have to capitalize the a in atheism.

Also atheism is the lack of beleif in deities. Some people may believe gods don't exist others just don't believing.

Believing not is not the same as not believing.

  • Just once. Just Once, can you make a video without cleavage? I mean, fuckin c'mon. It's so blatentley obvious what you're trying to acomplish its just distasteful.

  • i disagree with the above poster

  • well damn... I just cannot stop staring at that girl's breast's...

  • Children are "nothing". They have no ideas about spirituality at all. Theism, Deism, Atheism, and even Agnosticism ALL have content. None of them are "nothing"

  • what content does atheist and agnosticism have?

  • you can be both atheist and agnostic. There us no such thing as just as agnostic. it applies to both atheist and theist.

  • You want to have Mannix's baby.

  • Don't we all.

  • I can get behind 5&6, but not so much with the rest of them. IMO 5&6 make some of the others become moot, especially if you are honest with yourself.

  • I applaud you.

If the people of religion only knew it is the remnants of a false creator and man made gods that they worship; they might find the very god they worship is the evil they fear most.

I'm not atheist, but I know of the creation that is not of the Jinn.

Regards to all in your pursuit-

  • @bluedimonds1998,

thanks for so perfectly showing us the "Christian" way. " I think you should believe in him too" Perfectly fucking retarded asshole.

    P.S. Fuck your God.

  • I checked out some of your videos and I think you have some good points...and it also helps that you look so good !!!

  • you're cute :)

  • atheism isnt "no belief in gods" its "believes there are non gods" . By "atheist" i am referring to its definition by usage , nit its greek root since in that case, atheists would be agnsotics. Babies are not atheist because they dont believe that there are no gods .they are born neutral , not religious, nor raging atheist

  • What is a non god? I don't believe in god or non god. I think maybe you have confused the terms atheism and agnosticism.

  • An atheist is someone who does not believe in any Gods. There are agnostic atheists (which seems to be what you claim 'agnostics' are) and gnostic atheists (which seem to be what you claim 'atheists' are).

  • You are so smart I think the Atheists (I'm one) are smart and more opened minded that's why I'm one. and I love it.

  • That is not a good reason to be an atheist.

  • I am an atheist mother who has four daughters, ages 23, 18, 17, and 15 and they're all awesome and they all have learned by example to use logic and reason to figure out the wonder of nature.

Nature is wonderful without the lie.

Ask your kids "why", "why do you think that?" and surround yourself with like minded people.

Oh and don't hit your kids.

  • Letting one's child freely develop an irrational, oppressive worldview, and respecting their choice(s) unconditionally, is no more moral or sane than letting a toddler walk into a pond and looking on as he drowns.

  • Also there's nothing wrong with a bit of indoctrination as long as it's done in a noncoercive fashion, and your teachings are rational and true. The 'freedom' to choose oppression (in the form of some insane religious or political ideology) isn't really freedom at all; it's just a stupid, wrong choice based on insufficient / faulty data and irrational emotional reactions.

  • The 1337 don't breed. Childfreeness FTW!

  • Well thought out. Wise beyond your years.

  • If she didn't look the way she did, she wouldn't have this many views. It's amazing people can stand to hear an idiot.

  • Give your children the tools to learn for themselves. Show them how to think critically and find the answers to questions they might have. If only I'd of had wikipedia growing up. Also, encourage them to find their own meaning and goal for their lives.

My question: Will you tell your kids Santa Claus is real?

  • I thought the word indoctrination is actually a specific word to describe being conditioned into a religion. The word indoctrination is used in common language to describe the same kind of conditioning of indoctrination. But i could be wrong, can't be assed to look.

  • Indoctrination denotates (the popular perception of a word as opposed to its actual meaning) to being conditioned into Religion because the chief user of the methods of Indoctrination have been Religious Organisations whether it be Christian or Muslim.

  • Cheers for that. Time to whip out the old dictionary and learn my own language again ;-)

  • As much as it upsets you, you are GOING to indoctrinate your child in some way or manner when raising them. It is kinda the way you be a parent. You teach your child right from wrong, teach them to behave and consider other people and get along nice in the world. That doesn't come from deep introspection, that comes from good parenting, and part of that is indoctrinating our societal values on our children so they can function healthily in society.

  • it's quite clear the topic of the indoctrination section of this video is about religion. she is rather obviously saying you shouldnt teach your child what to think about religion one way or the other, only provide them with the facts and information enough for them to decide for themself.

  • 'Zactly so. You're going to make a great mother some day, Laci.

  • I like what you said at the beginning of the video, it really does sum up nicely the roll the environment plays on the development of personality and mental traits.

  • nice to see that she cut off the top of her head in the video. that's not where anyone is looking anyways.

  • Greeeeen. Gorgeous eyes.

  • > indoctrination

    > atheistic worldview

    Does not compute!

  • Brilliant video

  • ratings disabled cos your vids suck and you cant stand it

  • Or she doesn't give two shits what you think of the video, and is only interested in feedback through intelligent conversation.

    Good vid.

  • no the ratings are disabled because this account of hers is constantly hit with votebots.

  • All of the Atheists that I have known will teach about religion from the objective point of view along with Atheism. The child when they are of the appropriate age can make their own choice based on logic and reason not fear and faith.

  • beauty?? whats the beauty in something that shits itself and cries???

  • The beauty is in the perpetuation of the species and all of the potential the new life holds.

If you were trying to be funny, or serious, you failed.

  • Im serious. there's no beuty in babies. there fat ugly. and cry all the time. I guess I just dont think much for life.
