I'm not from america, I live in Switzerland, Zürich. I'm going also this summer to kercova, but only for 2 or 3 weeks... I'll probably make a new video... enjoy your holidays....

did they improve the roads? Cause at 3:54ish their are now tiles and better roads. Did the fix the other roads since summer of 2007?

Yes they did, but not everywhere. At the very center (3:54) they did a good job and they still have been working on it during my residence, it will go further with tiles... But there are still roads which need to be repaired... I think other roads will be repaired soon... Ska per se shqipe
