I had Rain X Latitude blades, which did not work well in the bad winter we had here. So by the time spring rolled around we started having all the bad storms with heavy rain those blades were not clearing the rain from the windshield. So I grab one of these for my driver side to see how well they worked. Its working well even after three months and rainstorm upon rainstorm. These blades work well with Rain X also...
@mercmilan06 I used Latitudes for 2 years before a bad ice storm killed them. I got Bosch Icon because they where by 2 get $10 off. I haven't looked back (car: 2000 VW Jetta)
Those wipers are extremely annoying, the way they accelerate upwards. The blades themselves seem to work fine, though. I think I'll get myself some Bosch ICONs. Got some armor all blades previously, and they suck big time.
@policeman1313 I think it might just be the camera, because they don't accelerate as they wipe up if you're actually in the car in real life (or appear to), but I definitely see what you mean now that I go back and watch this...strange isn't it
@policeman1313 they started getting kinda crappy, but I took a wet paper towel and scrubbed them off several times, that made them almost work perfectly..I'd say if you take care of them you could probably get 2yrs out of them (I had them on my old car too, only real problem was the blades started to rip at the very end after about 18 months)
lol, didn't notice those, I was more annoyed by the stop signs. 95% of signs here are yield signs, I like them since you don't have to fully stop. BTW do you think a head mounted camera would be interesting for my next driving vid? I'll try it, LOL. Don't care if the chavs laugh at me.
I just got those the other day. But now that it is snowing, its time to put my Duralast Winter Wipers back on. But the Bosch Icon was a great deal. With a discount and a sale, I paid $16 for a set of two. 20" and 24" Might I suggest using Rain X. Great product. And I also love how the passenger wiper goes far over toward the driver side.
reed timer has then and my mom is a storm chaser too so i got the blades for her!

I put these wipers on my Hyundai Accent and they do work pretty good. I even sprung for a third one for the rear wiper. They work pretty damn good.

Make sure to avoid the Michelin look-alikes, they're terrible

Just got them last week. Now I check the weather regularly looking forward to rainy days. That's how good they are!

Cool, I saw at least 2 semi-pointless stop signs - why can't they just use yield signs?

idk, the gov't is stupid....did you also notice at least 2 semi-pointless low speed limits? LOL
